For your comfort, there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a TV, balcony with a fantastic sea view. The design and quality are in all the details of the apartment and this makes your stay comfortable and full of joy.
The main bedroom has a double bed, a big built-in wardrobe, and a TV, the other two bedrooms have two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and the TV and direct access to the sunny big terrace with great sea views, dining area and a shower. For your comfortable staying there are two bathrooms one with a bath and another with a stand-alone shower. One of the bathrooms is possible to use as a guest toilet and there is a washing machine as well.
There is an air conditioning system in the apartment for warm and cold modes, a security door lock, wifi internet access.
One parking space belongs to the apartment and you can use it during your stay.
The Sandy beach is just in 1-minute walking distance through the urbanization and its communal pool area and gardens. Very near from the apartment, there is a supermarket Consum, some good restaurants, pharmacy, bus stop, Chinese shop with all the necessities.
An apartment is a perfect place for staying with your family and kids as the urbanization has very nice swimming pools and the sea has a perfect shallow area for kids swimming. There is a stand-along shower at the pool area, which makes it comfortable and easy to get rid of the rest of the sand from the beach and freshen you up before and after the pool.
