Welcome to our wonderful apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and feel better than at home! For your comfort, there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a TV, balcony with a communal pool, and garden view.
The main bedroom has a double bed and a big built-in wardrobe, bathroom with bath in-suite, the other bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom with a stand alone shower and a sink is between these two bedrooms. The other bathroom is possible to use as a guest toilet.
There is an air conditioning system in the apartment for warm and cold modes, a security door lock, internet access.
One parking space belongs to the apartment and you can use it during your stay.
Sandy beach is just within 1-minute walking distance from the apartment. The supermarket Consum, restaurant, pharmacy, bus stop are in very short walking distance too.
An apartment is a perfect place for staying with your family and kids as the urbanization has very nice swimming pools and the sea has a perfect shallow area for kids swimming. There is a stand-along shower at the pool area, which makes it comfortable and easy to get rid of the rest of the sand from the beach and freshen you up before and after the pool.
