Welcome to our wonderful apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and feel better then and home! For your comfort there are fully equipped kitchen, living room with the TV, balcony with a comunal pool and garden view.
The main bedroom has a double bed and a big build-in wardrobe, the other bedroom has two single beds and a build-in wardrobe. The bathroom with a bath and a sink is between this two bedrooms. The other bathroom is possible to use like a guest toilet and there is a stand-along shower.
There is air conditioning system in the apartment for warm and cold modes, security door lock, internet access.
One parking space belongs to the apartment and you can use it during your staying.
The Sandy beach is just in 1 minutes walking distance from the apartment. The supermarket Consum, restaurant, pharmacy, bus stop are in very short walking distance too.
The apartment is a perfect place for staying with your family and kids as the urbanisation has a very nice swimming pools and the sea has a perfect shallow area for kids swimming. There is a stand along shower at the pool area, which makes comfortable and easy to get rid of the rest of the sand from the beach and fresh you up before and after the pool.
