For your comfort, there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a TV, balcony with a fantastic sea view. The design and quality are in all the details of the apartment and this makes your stay comfortable and full of joy.
The main bedroom has a double bed, a big built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a bath in-suit. The other bedroom has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and direct access to the sunny terrace with great mountain views and a dining area perfect for the wintertime the sun. For your comfortable staying there is a second bathroom with a stand-alone shower.
There is an air conditioning system in the apartment for warm and cold modes, a security door lock, wifi internet access.
One underground parking space belongs to the apartment and you can use it during your stay.
The Sandy beach is just in 1-minute walking distance through the urbanization and its communal pool area and gardens. Very near from the apartment, there is a supermarket Consum, some good restaurants, pharmacy, bus stop, Chinese shop with all the necessities.
An apartment is a perfect place for staying with your family and kids as the urbanization has a very nice swimming pool, padel court and the sea has a perfect shallow area for kids swimming. There is a stand-along shower at the pool area, which makes it comfortable and easy to get rid of the rest of the sand from the beach and freshen you up before and after the pool.
