Overview

Large luxurious 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is in a semi-rural area close to San Louis de Sabinillas with the nearest beach a short stroll away. Sabinillas has a fine selection of cafes, bars and restaurants with a well respected local Spanish restaurant just a 150 metres away. The complex is right beside Dona Julia Golf Course with Vialderama and many other great courses with a twenty five kilometre radius Finca Cortesin is a few minutes away and will hosted the Sondheim Cup 2023.

It is a short drive to Estepona, twenty-five minutes to Marbella and Puerto Banus or Gibraltar. The famous Pueblo Blanco village of Casares is in the mountains above our complex and a historic Roman Spa, where you can swim all year round is a few kilometres away.

We use this as a second home, not just a rental property, so that is reflected in the style and quality of furnishing and equipment. The furniture is mostly Italian, leather seating with lacquered tables and chairs, and the kitchen has Bosch appliances and quality utensils. The large patio area has glass curtains which can open for a cool summer retreat or close for a comfortable winter extra room. The large patio overlooks the private garden, the patel tennis court and the swimming pool. You can relax at the pool or in the garden where sun loungers and chairs are provided. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the en-suite has a jacuzzi style tub. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier. The lounge and master bedroom have flat screen television and WiFi is free. . All the comforts of home are in the apartment and we hope you enjoy it as much as we and our family do.

Liz and I bought the apartment from the developers in 2018. Casares Beach is perfect for a quieter style of holiday with emphasis on the outdoors and family life, but is within easy distance of busier more touristic venues like Marbella, Porte Banus and La Duquesa. It is a great centre for visiting the many beautiful towns in the area and enjoying the magnificent mountain and beach scenery. It is a perfect location for golfers and cyclists with the local golf course just outside our perimeter fence and a wide variety of cycling routes from the leisurely costal paths to challenging mountain ascents and off road tracks. Walkers can experience the same variety of possible routes. Our apartment offers plenty of space with its own garden and the glass curtains on the terrace allows its use all year round.
