The San Pedro promenade goes all the way to Puerto Banus and beyond in one direction and to Bora Bora beach in the other direction. The villa is a walking distance to other local beaches such as Mistral Beach and Buddah beach. Although situated in a quiet cul de sac, it is minutes walk from many local bars and restaurants and supermarkets.
The property has the benefit of 4 double bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. It has a fully fitted kitchen with large dining area over looking the garden and the pool and a separate comfortable lounge. There is a separate fully fitted laundry room and additional storage area. It is fully air-conditioned throughout. There are two large patio areas, the patio directly outside the kitchen/dining has the benefit of electric awning and the other patio has a separate bar-b-q area with a gas bar-b-q. There is off street car parking for at least 3 cars and the villa has an electric gate and side door. The garden is beautifully maintained and is flood lit at night. The price of the rental includes the maintenance of the garden and the pool and also arrival & departure cleaning.
