Before I go any further I wish to inform you that this property is normally only available for the months of April, May, June, July, August, September and October, although this can be changed by agreement with the owner. Now back to the current apartment. This is a newly purchased luxury modern ground floor spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on a secure gated complex in Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain. The apartment has a ground floor entrance from the road, but has an elevated position from the terrace, which overlooks the main pool and the gardens, with direct access to these from the garage underneath the apartment. The apartment is situated near the sea, between the golf courses of Cabopino and Santa Maria on the attractive development of La Reserva de Marbella(Phase 1). It also has a dedicated car parking space in the garage under the apartment. A BBQ is provided for al fresco dining.
