This villa is only a 15 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of La Barrosa and Sancti Petri, or Camposoto, San Fernando, this villa gives you the best of all worlds, from coastline, to the Bay of Cádiz and inland countryside . A quiet neighbourhood but only 5 minutes drive to the new tranvía station Chiclana to Cadiz , hypermarket and pharmacy and 10 minutes to Chiclana town centre, food markets and services.
If you like cycling and birdwatching this will be a paradise for you with plenty of tracks to the salinas and tidal areas that attract many migrating species even pink flamingos. The area is on a key route for many birds migrating and you can see eagles ,buzzards , storks and vultures along with many more species. Medina Sidonia and pecuary routes can take you as far as Grazalema or the Alcornoques.
Salinas heritage is returning with nearby museums , mudspas, saltflats selling salt of various types. And restaurants specializing in shellfish & locally caught fish.
