This beautiful located country house offers our guests a unique holiday experience surrounded by breathtaking views in total privacy.

Casa El Nuevo Algarrobo offers total privacy, has a beautiful swimming pool with small waterfall and several terraces with BBQ and outdoor oven. There's also an outdoor kitchen with sink and cooker.
Because the weather in this region is exceptionally soft all year round, you can cook, take your aperitive or dine outside practically every day.
The terraces offer you the opportunity to enjoy both sun and shade throughout the day. There are several cozy corners with garden furniture scattered in different seating areas. The view of the Sierra Tejeda is really phenomenal.
House and terraces are fenced completely so it's a very safe environment for children and pets.
The swimming pool area can be closed separately with a wooden fence.

Casa El Nuevo Algarrobo has a spacious living room with open kitchen. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, double sink, electric stove, fridge/freezer combi, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, wine rack and all necessary kitchenware. Next to the kitchen is a storage room with cupboard, washing machine, ironing board and iron. You can enjoy several typical andaludisian details in the house.

The bright living room has a cosy lounge with ceiling fan, radio CD with USB plug, sofa bed, satellite-TV, fireplace and comfortable seats. There's a dining area with table, chairs and a cupboard.
The bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds and a single bed, give access to another terrace with great views of the surrounding area. There are wardrobes in both rooms. All linen is included in our rental price.

The bathroom has a very spacious walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and sink and is completely tiled.
All windows have shutters and mosquito nets. There's parking space by the house.
We offer free use of a baby cot and high chair.

Casa El Nuevo Algarrobo is located in the beautiful surroundings of Comares, 'Pueblo Magico' of Spain and near the hamlet 'Los Ventorros '. In Los Ventorros there are bars and restaurants. In Comares is a supermarket, bakery (bread baked in wood-oven!), pharmacy, bank, ATM, doctor's consultation and various bars and restaurants. There is also a sports field and FREE PADEL COURT.

Comares is known for its unique location and is often called ‘the pearl of the Axarquia’. Discover the Moorish past by following the ceramic footsteps through the village. The view from the Balcon de la Axarquia is phenomenal.

Bread can be delivered at the house every day, except on Sundays.
Pets can be admitted but only after consultation.

All 'highlights' of Andalusia are just a day trip away from the house. Malaga, Cordoba (Mezquita), Ronda, Granada (Alhambra) and the famous Caminito del Rey in Ardales, can be easily visited. Closer, you can visit Nerja (known for its beautiful caves and its Balcon d’Europa), the beautiful lake Viñuela and the award-winning beach of Torre del Mar. The commercial center of Velez-Malaga is just a 30-minute drive away. There are lots of shops and big supermarkets there.

Upon arrival we hand over the keys personally to our guests. After that we offer you full privacy. Should you need us during your stay, please feel free to contact us. We're just a phone call away.

There is a folder in the house with tourist information and important phone numbers. We will send a good and clear road description and we can send the exact location via Whatsapp or meet you on the way to the house. There are no dangerous roads to the house. You can walk beautifully here and many guests bring their mountain bikes.
A car is necessary.
