This high class South Tenerife villa to rent in the lovely area of Vista Hermosa in a quiet part of Los Cristianos.
The villa is located over three floors, with the living area on the entrance floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The lower level has been tastefully converted into a 1 bed apartment. Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Air con can be provided in some of the rooms, and Wi-fi can also be included.
There is a selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the villa is approximately one kilometre from the resort centre and beach. This is a quality villa to rent in Los Cristianos.
The Villa in Detail
The villa has been beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and is built on three levels. On the entrance level the property offers a spacious lounge equipped with a 42 inch Plasma TV. Large patio doors leading out from the lounge onto a terrace that overlooks the pool area - an ideal spot for al-fresco dining.
The villa enjoys its own built in area on a separate terrace. A retractable pergola is provided should you require some shade.
Vista Hermosa has a lovely pool area with spacious terraces that are furnished with a patio table, chairs and sunloungers. The large, inviting swimming pool can be electrically heated. (payable on arrival)

The pool measures 6.5 x 3.5m.
The living area is fresh, spacious and comfortably furnished. On this level, there is also a bathroom / shower room.
The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a washing machine. The kitchen also has a six seater dining table and a door leading to an outside dining and BBQ area.
On the upper level there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom that share a bathroom and a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room. The master bedroom also has large balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and has partial sea views.
On the lower level is a spacious 1 bed apartment with living area. Ideal for those who want their own privacy.
As the lower level is self-sufficient with its own lounge and kitchen area, the villa provides the ideal opportunity for parties of guests who wish to holiday together but still maintain some degree of independence and privacy.
Please note, the lower part of the villa is closed off when the property is rented as a three bedroomed villa.
Pricing is as follows - 6 people or less = the main 3 bedrooms will be available only.
7 or 8 people = the main 3 bedrooms plus the use of the bedroom in the basement flat.
Should you need more bedrooms (i.e. you want to book for 6 people but use the flat as well) please state this on the booking form and the price will be adjusted accordingly.

La casa è come descritta sul sito , si trova in una località tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile dal centro o dalla spiaggia , la casa ha tutti i confort per una bella vacanza l'unica pecca è la potenza dell'acqua , non è possibile
fare la doccia se contemporaneamente va la lavastoviglie o semplicemente se si apre un qualsiasi altro rubinetto.
Per il resto tutto bene , anche Jon è sempre stato molto disponibile e mi ha aiutato anche prima della partenza.

The house is as described on the site, it is located in a quiet location and can be easily reached from the center or from the beach, the house has all the comforts for a nice holiday, the only flaw is the power of the water, it is not possible
take a shower if the dishwasher is running at the same time or simply if you open any other tap.
Everything else was fine, Jon was also always very helpful and helped me even before departure.

We have just returned home from staying at the Vista Hermosa. What can we say?
We absolutely loved it! We were two families staying here.
The villa was beautiful. It was equipped with everything we needed. The children loved the pool and spent many hours playing and chilling in it. The villa was spotless when we arrived. The views from the balcony were amazing. We loved the fact the there was plenty of seating/sun loungers so we could relax and watch the children have the time of there lives in the pool.
Ray and Jon kept in contact regularly with us and were more than helpful. Nothing was too much for them. (even after we locked up to leave and my husband had left his phone in villa we rung Ray and he came to our rescue within minutes)
The location of the villa was good. However the hill it is on is called cardiac Hill. Well it certainly gave us a work out. We would walk down it and get a taxi up. It cost approximately €4. There are several supermarkets near by which had everything need and more. We would definitely look to return to this villa. Honestly you won't go wrong staying here.

PS the closest supermarket is down the hill and take the first left. We found it out 3 days after carrying shopping half way up the hill. Haha

Agent and property supervisor were excellent , quick to respond to queries and we found them very helpful. Some confusion re required number of bedrooms as we were a party of only four but 4 bedrooms soon made available as we had previously agreed. Property spotless and well maintained, pool warm and clean. Good Wi-Fi reception, widespread despite large size of property. Secure blackout shutters on all upstairs bedroom windows although some light could not be blocked from basement bedroom. Metal gates over lounge French windows. Very useful to have washing machine and dishwasher. Very large choice of TV channels including all UK league football games and numerous US sports. Two large comfortable sofas in lounge outdoor padded seating around table for outdoor eating but no place for indoor eating apart from 3 bar seats at a counter in the kitchen. Bathrooms spacious with efficient showers , no bath despite adequate space presumably removed to save water. Lots of comfortable sunbeds. Location was in a peaceful area with view of sea in the distance but hill was long and steep although most taxis charged less than 4 euros for the trip. Price was competitive but have to allow for wi-fi, pool heat and air conditioning as extra payments.

We had a great time at the villa all 8 of us . The pool was far bigger than it even looks on the photo and all rooms were clean spacious. The BBQ was very handy and we had 2 BBQ nights . The supermarket isn't that far away although the hill is steep. Ray is always on call to help if you need him although we only rang him to recommend a taxi. He was there on time both times to check in and out. Would stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property was very nice and the lounge and outdoor seating area were particularly good for our large group. As the advert mentions the property is up a large hill but we found it no problem to walk down and just take a taxi back up (€3.50). My one comment would be that the master bed is not particularly comfortable as it is very soft, but other than that we had a wonderful stay.
