Beautiful well kept apartment for rent in the extremely sought after El Mirador complex. Benefits from 360-degree private roof terrace. Has it's own fibre broadband, sea views and TV system.
Overview
This stunning property has always been kept to the highest standards. Brand new walk-in shower has just been installed. TV's, toaster and kettle etc are all brand new.
The main bedroom has 2 single beds and its own set of patio doors that open out onto to lower terrace. The living room area has a large corner suite which has 2 separate fold-out beds built into it.
A curtain can be pulled across that separates the living room from the kitchen dining area, giving privacy to guests sleeping in this area. The living room also has it's own set of patio doors opening out on to the lower terrace.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with separate air conditioning units in the living room/kitchen area and also the bedroom.
High-speed fibre broadband has been installed into the apartment. There are brand new televisions in both the living room and bedroom, both have Freeview channels, Netflix and YouTube. The Living room television also has a full UK TV system.
From the private lower patio, we have a spiral staircase which takes up to our private penthouse roof top terrace. Here you will find sunloungers and a table and chairs. This private area gets sun all day.
The complex is super peaceful, so not appropriate for Stag or Hen Do's etc. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach and surrounded by all the best restaurants and bars in Los Cristianos.

Just had 4 weeks stay at el mirador. Excellent apartment and complex close to all amenities and only 10 minutes walk to the beach. A hidden gem is the bar on site for residents only very quiet but fantastic views when the sun is setting. No problems comunicating with Stewart the owner and no problems meeting Lisa and Alan for access can't wait to go back.

Had a fabulous 3 week holiday, so much to do and see, the complex is kept so clean and in an amazing location and we were spoilt for choice with an abundant of restaurants and evening entertainment. We loved the private rooftop terrace. Check in and out was so easy. Apartment was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be back.

Property is good just needs a bit of updating as looking a bit tired especially in the bathroom. Needs non slip tiles in the bathroom.
