The expansive terrace, enclosing the inviting pool area, provides numerous charming sitting spots that overlook the surrounding mountains and quaint hamlets.

The house is thoughtfully furnished, ensuring a comfortable holiday experience. We provide bath, bed, and kitchen linen for your convenience. There is air conditioning in the living room and the main bedroom, while fans cool the other bedrooms. The house is equipped with a washing machine and a small dishwasher.

Outdoors, the inviting swimming pool is accompanied by ample space for al fresco dining, complete with outdoor furniture and parasols. The pool area is fenced.

Nestled in privacy, Casa Avila remains discreetly tucked away, yet conveniently only 3 km from the charming hamlet of Los Ventorros, offering two delightful bars and restaurants. Just 5 km away lies the romantic Andalusian village of Comares, boasting restaurants, bars, a supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, and a rich historical past.
