Overview
This villa with private pool is located in the very prominent area of Los Balcones just a few minutes drive from Torrevieja. It's location is superb as you are only a 10 minute walk to the local commercial centre Filton where there are plenty of bars and a nice selection of restaurants to choose from. As well there is a full grocery store to stock the cupboards.
The villa is great for large families with four spacious bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms. There are two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms being great for families. The master bedroom has a private balcony to enjoy the evening and overlooks the private pool. The living room area is very spacious with two sofa's and a flat screen television with full UK TV package plus FREE WIFI. A separate large dining room will seat eight easily. Also a fully fitted kitchen to prepare whatever feast you wish! Outside the villa has a massive area for sunbathing, hosting parties or for the kids to play. A lovely terrace with canopy to relax on or BBQ by the private pool. The pool is larger than with most villas with plenty of room for all.
Torrevieja is just a few minutes drive away with plenty to see and do for both daytime fun and night time entertainment. An untold amount of places to eat or drink are on your doorstep! As well there are many other prominent areas nearby, Playa Flamenca, Villamartin, Cabo Roig and Campoamor. Nearby there are also plenty of championship golf courses to choose from, the largest shopping mall in Europe – Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able. Whatever your pleasure is on holiday, this villa is located perfectly and will offer you anything you may wish, even if just wanting to lounge by the pool!
As with all In The Sun Holidays properties, a free starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water and juice plus wine or sangria is included in your rental.

we were family of 8,ages from 8 to 58 all enjoyed very much.
house and pool were larger than pictures show.
local bars were 5 minutes away with a consum supermarket.
Bus stop just down the road by farmacia every 40 mins to torrevieja 1.30 euro.
Only 1 thing I would suggest is a folderwith suggestions for days out and bus timetables etc

We stayed at the villa for a four day hen weekend, 7 ladies 30+ and we absolutely loved it!
The villa is smart, clean, comfortable and plenty of room. We spent most of the day around the pool and really enjoyed the BBQ and outdoor dining areas.
There is plaza a few mins walk away with bars, cafes and supermarket etc. You can get a taxi or bus into Torrevieja from the plaza up the road which is great for a night out, although we had plenty of fun at the Sun Terrace in the plaza!
Filtons do amazing cocktails and Dublin Bar good too. The locals were great!
Casey was great and made booking really easy, always responding quickly and helping with airport transfers.
We felt the kitchen could be better equipped but this is a minor point because the villa really was great.
The villa is in a residential area not a holiday complex so need to be aware of keeping the noise levels respectable late at night!

Just come back from this villa. Was a group of 8 18 year olds. The villa beat our expectations with a large balcony and pool which was very much needed with the hot temperature. Didn't have access to a car however a bus stop was located just around the corner and taxis were reasonably priced. A small supermarket is a 5 minute walk as well as a little plaza which included a shop, bar and restaurants exceptionally low prices however good quality good

A nice villa and well furnished. we rented in the last week in July and the pool was a god send as the temp was between 34 - 36 in the day and to hot for the beach. The villa is a short car ride from various beachs and entertainment so a car is a must.

Had a great week. The web pictures do not do this property justice. The villa seems larger in the flesh. It is clean, tidy and well kept. All rooms have air conditioning and was a must given that the weather was beautifully hot all week. The local bars & restaurants were excellent value for money and all very friendly. There is a good mix of British and Spanish depending on what you prefer. All in all, we had a great week and Steve & Sarah were really helpful. Would we go back? Yes

We had a fantastic time at the villa. It was a group of 9 19ᆩ-year-olds and the villa was perfect. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and to top it off, the pool was divine. We paid an excellent price for the villa as well. The air conditioning didn’t work for half of the week, but it didn’t really matter as we had the pool and there was also a nice breeze so air conditioning wasn’t really necessary anyway. Someone also came over half way through the week to fix it. The lady who handed over the keys, I think her name was Sarah (sorry!), was absolutely lovely as well and made out stay wonderful.There was a square about a 5 minute walk away with restaurants and a supermarket which was very handy. The bus stop close to the square also takes you to Torrevieja for just around 1 euro.We had the time of our lives and hope to come back again next year!!

Less then a 5 minute drive from Los Balcones you have Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor some of the finest golf courses in this area. Within 12 minute drive you have La Finca (Algorfa) and La Marquesa (Quesada) Golf Courses. Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies which is a 10 minute drive and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 15 minute drive away. Torrevieja has been established around the salt production that stems from the nearby salt water lakes.
