The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, and in the adjoining dining area, guests can enjoy delicious meals together at a long dining table.

Large glass doors also lead directly from the kitchen to the chic and stylish porch. This villa enjoys a prime location in Puigderros. Here, guests have many activities at their disposal. There is a local golf course just 1.5 km away, as well as tennis, paddleboarding, diving, snorkelling or boating excursions on offer.

Just a 15 minute drive away is Palma, Mallorca’s capital. Palma encompasses the vibrant city centre of the Borne known as the ‘golden mile’ and the main shopping street of Jaime III, the historic area of Casco Antiguo or the old-town as it’s known, the popular tourist zone La Lonja, the trendy area of Santa Catalina, the seafront lively strip along Paseo Marítimo, the fisherman’s barrio of Portixol and Playa de Palma, and the exclusive hillside golf area of Son Vida.
