What ever you are seeking, this is the perfect place for sea, relaxation, family time and luxury.
The house itself is distributed on two levels. On the ground floor the hall has a direct access to a bright fully equipped contemporary style kitchen, a beautiful dining room and a spacious living room from where there are large sliding doors that lead to a pleasant terrace and garden with table and chairs and a bbq area. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity of the Costa Brava and the warm summer evenings. On this same floor you will also find a double room with an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a downstairs toilet and a laundry area.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. From this bedroom there is access to a large terrace with views of the house private gardens and a seating area. Also on the first floor there are two twin bedrooms with access to a nice terrace with sun loungers and views of the communal area. These two twin rooms share a bathroom with a shower.
The villa is only 1.8km to the beach and the town of Llafranc where you will find many restaurants, bars, supermarkets.
