The beautifully enclosed garden with beautiful plants has a heated swimming pool of 30m² with Roman steps. The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and a fan. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. Laundry room, kitchen with all appliances and a living room that opens onto the covered patio where you can relax.
A beautiful view of the village of Benitachel, which can be reached on foot. You can stay there with 6 people without any problems. The house is equipped with solar panels, which means your electricity consumption is low and ecological.
