This newly built luxury property boasts a splendid position nestled in the citrus area of the Valencian countryside with a large garden and private pool.
Enjoy all the benefits of country life together with the convenience of Valencia city. Enjoy the impressive views of the countryside and watch the sunset from a large terrace with built in barbecue. Easy access to the F1 circuit 24th-26th June 2011 and Motor GP 04-06 November. Local supermarkets are 5 minutes drive to the town of Turis (don't forget to buy your wine at the local farmers co-operative shop), or shop in Bunol or Monserrat, also close by.
Valencia city is a 25 minutes drive, where you can enjoy all that Valencia has to offer: The Botanical Gardens. Bioparc - a total wildlife experience.La Ciudad de Les Artes i Les Ciencies, L'Oceanografic. Mercado Central. Valencia old town architecture. Beaches, Playa Malavarrosa (the city's nearest beach), and Cabanal, to mention but a few.
Live in style and luxury at Casa del Vega. Built in 2010, the villa is spacious inside with three double bedrooms on the 1st floor and a further study/bedroom downstairs. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities and the upstairs living space includes a family bathroom. The downstairs area is open plan and offers a flexible living space. The large living room and is linked to an equally spacious kitchen and dining area.
Doors lead from the living area, out onto a bigger than average terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views of the Valencian countryside. The property is on a small urbanization, but is a stand alone property. There are properties to the front and side of the property, although a small urbanization, there are neighbours and so with some daily activity noises. It is not near any discos or night clubs. There are no bars or restaurants on the urbanization. Closest restaurants/bars are about a five minute drive in the town of Turis.
From the terrace you can enjoy outside living. Parents in particular will find the terrace a convenient vantage point in which to supervise activities in the private swimming pool below. Those who enjoy outside living will certainly be impressed by the barbecue built on the terrace. Included is a newly built swimming pool, the garden is planted with mature palm trees. There will be further improvements to the garden area at the end of August 2011.

Travelling to Valencia: There are many airlines now flying into Valencia's Airport, another option is to fly to Alicante and hire a car from there.
Golf: Valencia Golf Courses and Clubs: El Saler Golf Club - Avenida de los Pinares, 151 Parador Nacional, El Saler, 46012, Spain. Famous for being one of Spain's top championship golf courses, the El Saler Golf Club is worthy of its reputation, offering 18 holes with many challenging obstacles along the way. The El Saler Golf Club is best known for its spectacular views across the Mediterranean Sea, landscaped planting and mature pine trees. Escorpion Golf Club - Bétera. Standing around 20 km / 12 miles to the north of Valencia, the Escorpion Golf Club dates back to 1975 and was built around many mature orange trees and palms. With bunkers, water hazards, a large clubhouse and impressive scenery, the Escorpion Golf Club is home to three separate nine-hole golf courses, which can be played in different combinations. Valencia golf course open: daily - dawn to dusk. El Bosque - literally around the corner!
Xativa, a diverse range of attractions and all the facilities of a large town (banks, supermarkets, cafes, bars) is only 5 miles away. The historic castle set along a mountain ridge is a 'must see'. The impressive promenade and beach of Malvarossa. The 40 km sandy beach of El Saler. Albufera, Valencia's largest lake and nature reserve, closest town is El Palmer. Sagunto: Hilltop Roman castle - Enormous! Navajas: Impressive waterfall, Jerica: Beautiful old hilltop village with Moorish tower, Montanejos: Impressive warm water canyon for swimming, Teruel: Historic Moorish city. Biking and walking in the Sierra Calderona, for amazing mountain walks. The spectacular world famous festival 'Las Fallas', and on the last Wednesday of August each year, the world famous tomato throwing festival, 'La Tomatina', takes place in Bunol, 12 km from Casa del Vega.
Ski: In the mountains of Teruel, at the southern point of the region of Aragon. Around 1.40 drive from Valencia City centre. Usually open between Dec 1st and late March. Valdineres : at 1,693 m is the highest township in Spain. Valdelinares' secret lies in the forests' natural beauty. Most of the slopes suit beginners and intermediates with 100% snow-making cover. There are just eight pistes - two green, three blue and three red runs - serviced by five drag lifts and three chair lifts. The resort has four cafes, including a small café-bar at the bottom of one of the pistes, a ski school and equipment hire shops. Javalambria: The smaller ski centre of Javalambra, about 100 kilometres south west of Valdelinares. This resort has seven pistes consisting of one red run, four blues and two greens. Very nice property, home from home feel. Lovely views from the veranda whilst sat eating breakfast. Would highly recommend this property for a chilled relaxing holiday especially with the good sized pool. Tracey the key holder was amazing such a warm happy, smiling welcome. Very helpful and made our stay even better. ☀️😊

We really had wonderful holidays in your spanish home. Really great, the pool was of course the highlight for the kids.
The kids said they would like to come back in two years (they first want to go again in the German mountains), and we the "older ones" said , even if they do not want to come back, WE want to, even if it is some years later and we are only a couple :-)
It so nice to be at the countryside, to relax and to be near the city, the beaches. The neighbours were really kind, and we talked a little bit by waiting for the "pan-woman" (my spanish is not really good but for a small talk it was enough)

We were very pleased with the house. It is quite new, spacious, has 3 large bedrooms (one with bathroom) and a general bathroom upstairs and a smaller bedroom at the ground level.
The large L shaped living room could sit all of us (6) comfortably, with enough space for more people. We did like the large table in the well equipped kitchen where we (given the nice weather most of the time) only ate a few times.
The large, partly covered balcony has two large tables, plenty of chairs and a fixed barbecue. In the morning we ate breakfast in the sun and during the day (when it got hot) could sit in the shade.
The pool is OK and clean, with enough comfortable sunbathing chairs. Besides the parasol there is a large tree adjacent to the pool as well, so I could sit in the shade, when needed
The house overlooks a valley and sitting on the large balcony during sunset is a pleasure.
The area the house is located in is rather dull, only urban, nothing special to go/walk to during the evening. The closest village at approx 5 km is not very exiting either, but has a good supermarket for the daily shopping.
So we went to Valencia a lot, which is just an easy 30 min drive away.
Lorraine, the housekeeper is very friendly and helpful. She even mailed us stuff we did forgot.
Overall : we loved the place, regretted our departure and would recommend you to stay there.

Beautiful House, Great Location

Our party had a super time and wished we could have stayed longer. The house is lovely and exceeded all our expectations, just what we needed! Everything was spick and span and very clean. The house is well equipped and well laid out. It was great to have the welcome pack which was indeed very welcome. Lorraine made us feel very much at home. She gave us lots of good advice and tips which helped us make the most of our stay.
The children especially, made great use of the pool. Everyone enjoyed spending time on the terrace for meals and just relaxing, enjoying the lovely view of the hills.
We found it very convenient to shop in the nearby town of Turis - not at all touristy and had all we needed for supplies. The co-operative store was a great place to buy local wine (by the bottle or on draught).
Valencia is well worth a visit or two, especially the old part and the Botanical Gardens. I loved the old round domed indoor market.
The owner was very prompt answering any questions we had regarding the house and Lorraine (house manager) is a great asset as she was available by phone should we have needed.
We had a great holiday and i would recommend it highly.

We are both from an art back-ground my partner worked in the London West end theatre as head production carpenter. I am a fine artist but my main source of income was as secretary and then as an office manager. Every effort has been made to make your stay comfortable, from comfortable furnishings to tasteful decorations. Our house keeper in Valencia is meticulous and well experienced. She will go beyond the call of duty if there are any problems.
