There’s also some seating for just relaxing and taking in the views over the lovely garden. The fully-fitted kitchen can be found next to the dining room and has plenty of modern facilities for preparing and cooking meals with ease.

There are five bedrooms in total. The master bedroom features a four-poster bed, seating, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with double sinks. There’s also a large double bedroom and three twin bedrooms. Many have access to small balconies for starting the mornings with a breath of fresh air. All guests can use two spacious and luxurious bathrooms.

Outside, some steps take you from the decked terrace into a delightful lawned garden with a range of colourful and beautifully-scented plants and flowers. Another patio is where you will find the private pool, with several sun loungers and an outdoor shower close by.

This villa enjoys a peaceful setting within the residential area of Gotmar, with the famous resort town of Puerto Pollensa just a 5-minute drive away. Here you will find plenty of amenities, such as shops, supermarkets and restaurants. This makes it the ideal place to go to for stocking up on groceries and other essentials, as well as for evening meals out.

Puerto Pollensa is also home to some beautiful sandy stretches. Head down to Pollensa Beach for the chance to try a range of watersports, such as kayaking. It’s a naturally beautiful spot, with a mountainous backdrop and golden sands that slope gently into crystal clear waters.

The calm sea is ideal for swimming, especially when it comes to the children wanting to splash about and you needing peace of mind. There are many cafés nearby for grabbing some ice creams or something delicious for lunch.

There’s plenty of sightseeing to be done in the historic town of Pollensa, which is just a 10-minute drive from the villa. Having been conquered so many times over thousands of years, the city is a vibrant mix of cultures. You can see the different influences throughout its buildings, including the medieval church and watchtower at the top of Puig de Pollensa hill.

You’ll need to make sure you’re wearing sturdy footwear, as it’s quite a steep and uneven walk. It’s worth the effort though, as you’re rewarded by stunning views when you get to the top. In the middle of the town itself is the main square full with cafés, with many good restaurants to be found in the surrounding streets.
