Our apartment is furnished to the highest standards with new leather sofas and a flat screen Tv added recently. Free WiFi in apartment. Comfortable enough for you to want to stay forever, our apartment is the ideal holiday home in the sun. Family owned and professionally managed.
Whether your perfect holiday consists of beach, golf, activities or relaxation, you will find it in Villamartin. Only a 10 minute drive from the bustling resort town of Torrevieja. A Golfers Paradise, you will have the Championship Golf Courses of Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campomar on your doorstep. The golden sands and topaz blue sea of La Zenia Beach are calling you, come on in, the waters lovely ! All beaches have blue flag recognition for cleanliness and have beach bars, restaurants, sun loungers for hire. The beaches tend to be of golden sand with a safe incline making them safe for children. A car is recommended as this will make visiting beaches/supermarket/La Zenia boulavard shopping centre at lot easier. Locally to the apartment there are several options for eating out, Villamartin plaza is a 10 minute walk away with approximately 30 restaurants to choose from. Also within a few minutes walk there are several bars/restaurants scattered around in different directions.
In 2017... added good quality patio furniture which can seat up to 8 people, relaxer chairs and sunbeds. A sun canopy cab be extended over patio if required. BBQ available for use.
All bedding fitted before arrival, towels supplied...Cleaning included in price. Satellite tv with English channels, cd player, hairdryer, microwave, oven, utility room with washing machine.

About 100 duplex apartments situated in a quiet landscaped grounds...A short walk to the exceptional Villamartin plaza with over 30 cosmopolitan bars/restaurants, supermarket etc.

An excellent holiday here. Found the walk to the Plaza took much longer than was stated especially in the heat. The facilities at the apartment were excellent and it was well equipped for our needs. We had never been to the Costa Blanca before but found it a lovely place to be based. The only problem we had, if it was a problem, was that all the area was very "English". We eventually found a couple of nice Spanish restaurants, the Zenia Beach and a tapas restaurant on the strip between the Eiffel Tower and the Balti Tower. We had a few barbecues at the property and would suggest that a new barbecue is bought for next season as the legs were wonky. (To be fair we were pre-warned about this by the owner.) All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

We had an excellant stay at Villa Maria, it far exceeded the photos which do not do it complete justice.... shops & restaurants are just up the road, Victorias Chinese Restaurant is the best...best chinese I've ever had. The pool is actually a lot bigger then it looks in its photo...the kids loved it, was in there all the time...even at night when its all lit up, it looks and is great. Joe & Maria were in Spain when we were there and popped round to see that we were alright and had every thing that we needed...which we did, the villa is extremly well equiped. Recommend a trip to the market which is about 15-20 min walk away but worth it...take a look.
If you have a B-B-Q go to Mr Lambs the butcher up the road, does a really good selection of meats and bits.... and is really helpful.
La Marina is a nice, quite relaxing place ( which is what we wanted ), but if you want to get about a bit the local car hire is very reasonable.There's loads more that I could say but would take for ever putting it down.
Would and will definatley come back to Villa Maria again..... we had a great time...cheers.

A very good base to explore the area - a car is essential. The villa was warm and comfortable (we stayed in the winter). The local shops bars and restaurants are good once you find them all. I would advise anyone to have a good drive round when they first arrive. There are lots of different commercial areas and some are better than others.

This villa was exactly as it was portrayed on the website. We found a clean, spacious, well equipped villa with excellent facitilies both for the adults and children. Everything that had been promised was delivered and the great service from the staff at the Lejavillas was much appreciated, especially Lee and Malcolm. The airconditioning and own pool were both an absolute must!! No hesitation whatsoever in recommending this villa and the services.

THIS PROPERY WAS EXCELLENT, BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED,THOROUGHLY EQUIPPED,CLEAN AND VERY VERY COMFORTABLE. THE OWNER WAS EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL. PERFECT LOCATION WITH EVERYTHING CLOSE. WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE.
