Paid parking garage is around the corner, free parking on the street. The gym and the big supermarket are at 100 meters walk. Malagueta beach 3 minutes by uber, scooter or 15 minutes walk. Perfect place for the perfect vacation!

independent house totally rebuilt in 2022 to the highest standard with sound proof windows, alarm system, fast internet and cable TV.

Living room can be used as a bedroom 1. Has sliding glass doors and curtains that separate it from the entrance to the house and the kitchen. Living room/bedroom 1 has bathroom en suite, washing machine hairdryer. exit to the patio with bistro table and chairs - it's allowed to smoke in the patio.
