The apartment consists of a large open plan living room/diner which opens out onto a spacious terrace. This terrace overlooks the 3rd hole on the Nicklaus design golf course and the communal Pool and gardens.
The property is the larger 'curved wall' type and consists a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and coffee maker.
Bedrooms are spacious with double wardrobes and drawers in each. Bedrooms can be configured to two doubles or two twin.
The property is located just a 7 minute walk from the Supermarket and town center facilities. An underground parking space is included with remote control access and the block is serviced by a lift.
