Situated 5 minutes walk from bars. 5 minute drive to Roldan and Balsicas, 20 minutes to beach.
Lovely South facing 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with sofa bed for max 6 people. There is patio access from the fouble bedroom and twin beds in the other.
Large patio overlooking the 18th hole of the golf course. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher,washing machine, filter coffee machine. 16 pools on site, pool chairs/recliners are provided. Linen and towels included beach towels are provided. 24 hour security. Free parking and WiFi included.
La Torre Golf is a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course and a discount can be offered for golfers, however there is plenty for non golfers too. Coffee shop, beautician, Hairdresser and at nearby Hilton hotel there is a spa (extra charge).
Bike and e scooter rental available on site (extra charge) plus use of all pools, play areas, padel courts and tennis courts.
The area is flat so great for walking or bike use. There is lift access as well as stairs to out 1st floor apartment and the nearest pool is just steps from the door.
Please note inflatables are not allowed in the pool and wristbands (supplied) must be worn.

Hi I am the owner of Casa Gavendy along with my husband. We have always dreamed of owning a beautiful property in Spain and in March 2022 our dream became a reality when we found our apartment. We love sitting long into the evening on the balcony watching the sunset and using the pool in the long hot summer days. Having a home from home apartment, we rarely have to bring anything when we are visiting and we hope you find it well equiped too. We decided to let others benefit from our piece of paradise by renting it out as we are unable to visit as often as we would like. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do x
