The spectacular (and heated) subtropical swimming pool is wheelchair accessible, designed with a gently sloping section, access steps, and seating, making it perfect for children who can enjoy hours of fun there. Additionally, avid swimmers will find plenty of space in the deep end for a few laps.
Flanking the pool are terraces on the first floor of the villa, where you can savour unobstructed views of the expansive vineyards. In the distance, the outline of the village of Moraira is visible, set against the picturesque azure Mediterranean of the Costa Blanca in Spain.

The first floor of the property includes a living room, kitchen, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. It features a sophisticated climate control system that allows you to adjust the temperature in each room to your preference.
The elegant and spacious living room boasts sliding glass doors that lead to a covered terrace (naya). In the living room, you can relax on a comfortable black leather sofa while enjoying your favourite shows on the 38-inch satellite TV.
Adjacent to the living room is the open-plan kitchen, which is both spacious and luxuriously equipped. It includes an induction cooktop, two refrigerators, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, and a dining area furnished with beautiful, luxurious chairs. The kitchen also has sliding glass doors that open onto the terraces, providing ample table space for hosting large dinner parties. A unique barbecue, designed in the style of a Mexican bread oven, adds to the culinary experience.
Two of the bedrooms are located facing the terrace and can be accessed directly through sliding glass doors. One of these bedrooms shares a bathroom with the master bedroom, while the other two bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathrooms.

The ground floor can be accessed through a separate entrance or via the garage. It features two air-conditioned bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Additionally, there is a spacious laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The garage, which also serves as an adjoining indoor play area, includes table tennis and foosball tables. Bicycles are available for rent at a small fee; please check the rates. The village centre and the beach are just a few minutes away by bike.

Adjacent to the house, near the pool, you'll find two outdoor showers situated in a beautiful rock garden that surrounds the villa on the sides and back. On the opposite side of the villa, there is a very spacious carport that can easily accommodate several cars. The fully enclosed grounds are secured by a remote-controlled gate.
Almost all areas in and around the house are wheelchair accessible, and special aids are available upon request, including an adjustable high-low bed (also known as a hospital bed), a shower stretcher, a shower chair, a transport chair, and a pool-safe wheelchair. Customized care can be arranged in collaboration with well-established home care organizations.
