The property is only a few minutes drive to many beaches and tourist hot spots of Marbella and Puerto Banus. There are 2 charming villages (Urbanization Monte Halcones and La Heredia) just a 5 minutes drive away where you can find a supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops. The beautiful hillside village of Benahavis is 15 minutes away and offers excellent restaurants.

My husband and I live in Dubai and bought this place because of its location, sea and mountain views. Its great for golfing and hiking and not so busy in summer. We recently renovated the place and have a local agent that will support you with any request/additional services you require.

Uta really helpful prior to our checking in, answering all our questions promptly. Met by Margo who had some great local tips for food etc. The property is superbly equipped and decorated and really quiet. Having the Westin next door was a bonus for use of their bar, gym, spa etc, and also their taxi rank for trips out to San Pedro, Marbella and Puerto Banus. Located right in the golf course and superb views is the sea and m mountains. We will be going back😁👍

Hôte très agréable, lieu magnifique, maison magnifique et très propre, confort extraordinaire (pas de vis a vis, pas de bruit, climatisation etc).. Je recommande les yeux fermés

Great place, great location and a great host. Highly recommend this townhouse to travellers. Uta was a wonderful host and arrival and our stay was very well organised and efficient. Thanks Uta. The views are really good. It is close to restaurants, shops and places for a quiet drink, and of course golf.

La casa es muy confortable y tranquila. La decoración es nueva, moderna y muy agradable lo que hace que te apetezca quedarte en la casa más tiempo. Está mejor que en las fotos. Las terrazas y las vistas son perfectas para relajarte a última hora del día. La cocina está bien equipada y el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Las camas son muy cómodas y se descansa bien, con mucha tranquilidad. Las zonas comunes y jardines son bonitas y la piscina está genial, tranquila y con poca gente. Muy cerca de Marbella y Estepona, aunque necesitas coche. Ha sido un acierto, esperamos poder repetir y la propietaria atenta en todo momento.
