This is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom penthouse apartment with Full Air Conditioning (Hot and Cold in all rooms) at Residencial La Cinuelica R15. 100MB Fibre BroadBand. The property is approached from the communal private pool and garden area. It has its own gate and ground floor garden area of tile and gravel. As it is a first floor apartment an external staircase leads to the balcony area and front door. It is therefore unsuitable for wheelchair users.
There is a child gate (lockable) at the top of the stairs to help keep small children safe.
The balcony which overlooks the pool and garden is north easterly facing and is perfect for the early morning and evening sunshine whilst providing welcome shade in the heat of the day. A glass topped garden table and matching chairs are provided for this area— excellent for alfresco dining, great for breakfasts too.
The living / dining room is furnished with a sofa bed, Satellite TV, DVD player, coffee table and dining table with four chairs. An archway leads into the kitchen which is fully fitted and equipped with electric oven and hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. A selection of saucepans, crockery, glassware, cutlery and utensils are provided.
The external utility area is accessed from the kitchen where you will find the water heater and washing machine. A clothes airer is provided.
A metal staircase provides access to the private roof terrace giving excellent views of the surrounding area.
A second archway leads to the master bedroom which is furnished with a double bed and bedside tables with drawers. There is a built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and coat hangers are provided. The fully tiled en-suite bathroom comprises toilet, basin and shower with curtain. There is also an extractor fan, mirror with light and shaver point.
The main bathroom is also fully tiled and comprises bath with shower over, bidet, toilet and washbasin with light vanity mirror and shaver point.
The second bedroom is accessed from the living area and is furnished with two single beds and a bedside table with built-in wardrobes providing ample clothes storage. Coat hangers are provided.
The property is cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival.
There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance at the commercial centre Via Park. These include fish and chips and Madissons Sports Bar to watch the match. Also within walking distance are two Chinese restaurants, Ghandis Indian and Puccinis Italian. About a 20 min walk to the recommended Nautilus restaurant overlooking the sea at Punta Prima.
The sandy beach at Punta Prima is a 15 minute walk from the property. Other beaches within a 10 min drive include, La Mata, Playa Flamenca and the Blue Flag Beach at La Zenia
For a lively night out, Torrevieja is about 10 mins drive away. The promenade really comes alive during the season and there is a taxi rank right outside the supermarket making access into town very easy.
The 18 hole championship Campoamar Golf course is 15 minutes by car and has beautiful fairways and tricky sand bunkers! There are 6 other courses in the area, 2 of which are championship courses.

On arrival at the property you will be met by the Property Manager who will show you around and explain everything to you. If this arrival or departure time is during the normal working hours (8am to 10pm), there is no additional charges.
If however you arrive outside of these hours, there is an additional charge of €20

On arrival days - the apartment will be ready after 16:00 hrs
On departure days - the apartment should be vacated by 10:00 hrs
If there are no immediate changeover bookings after your stay, (By Prior Arrangement With The Property Manager), it may be possible to stay in the apartment until you are due to leave for the airport.
All rubbish must be placed in the Grey Wheelie Bins situated on numerous street corners (failure to do so may incur charges)!

Excellent apartment close to many amenities
Just spent 11 nights at property and had a really relaxing time.
Great location close enough to bars and restaurants and 2 pools on complex that were never to busy.
Apartment as described and agent very helpful.
I have recently returned from my second visit with my family to this apartment, having enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing holiday. The apartment was clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. It is in a quiet , well maintained residential area without noisy nightlife on the door step, but within walking distance of more than enough bars and restaurants to satify any taste. There are also several well stocked, including some english items, supermarkets nearby.
The beaches in the area are fabulous but with two pools in veiw of the apartment we didnt feel the need to go far. Brilliant, didnt want to come home and cant wait to go back.
