This beautiful apartment is located on the first floor and has been totally renovated transforming it into a modern and sleek living space. Bright and airy with all new furnishings, it offers luxury and comfort. Situated at the end of a corridor it is very quiet. This apartment can be accessed via stairways or a lift.
Entering the apartment, you will find the living room furnished with a comfortable sofa bed. There is a well equipped kitchenette just off the living area as well as large patio doors which lead out onto a large balcony. There is ample space for dining inside or outside on the balcony. Off the living room there are two tastefully decorated and well furnished bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Both bedrooms are spacious and have built in wardrobes so plenty of storage space. There is also a family bathroom which has a walk in shower.
This apartment boasts a large balcony overlooking the gardens. It is well furnished for dining al fresco or just lounging. The perfect place to sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet of this lovely complex.
Towels & linen are supplied and changed weekly (for stays of more than 10 days).
Satellite TV includes Spanish TV and English TV.
WIFI is also on hand for a fee.

A modern well equipped apartment located within a beautiful complex perfectly situated in the heart of Carihuela and just a stones throw from the beach makes this the ideal location for a wonderful holiday.
Carihuela Park Palace is only 170 mtrs from one of the best beaches on the Costa Del Sol. Calle Bulto and Calle Carmen are right on it's doorstep. These quaint pedestrianized streets are ideal for dining out with many great restaurants to choose from. If you are looking for a holiday home that is tastefully decorated and well equipped with a bright and airy feel then these are the apartments for you.
The complex is tranquil with beautiful gardens and offers a choice of two large swimming pools plus a kiddies pool. Sun loungers are available for a small daily charge. A poolside bar and restaurant is set within the gardens and offers a lovely location for a very enjoyable dining experience.
During the summer months you can enjoy the entertainment provided on an open air stage. There is also a supermarket within the grounds. If you get a little restless lying by the swimming pool or just want a little exercise, this complex also offers a tennis court, outdoor fitness equipment and table tennis. And for the little ones you will find a kiddies playground.

Clean, renovated and very well located apartment a few hundred meters from Carihuela beach. Very well maintained subdivision, 99% Dutch. 2 good size bedrooms with wardrobes, beautiful terrace. Modest size stay.
