★Casa Annabel has a king size bed and a day bed which has a sprung base and a proper mattress.
★ The day bed is suitable for 2 children or 1 adult.
★The apartment is set in very quiet surroundings, which will enable you to work from home if necessary. There is adequate space for you to set up a work station for your laptop and an extension lead with a usb charging port should you choose to work on the terrace.
There is a good mobile phone signal and we provide fast WiFi, free of charge.
★There are 27 golf clubs within an hours drive from Casa Christabel y Casa Annabel, 11 of which are less than 30 minutes away and 3 within a 10 minute drive.
★Casa Annabel adjoins Casa Christabel which can be booked together to allow for larger groups of family or friends. Please ask the owner for any additional information required.
★Please note there are steps down to Casa Annabel therefore it may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties.
★Casa Christabel y Casa Annabel are fully licensed with the Spanish Authorities.
★Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place prior to booking as I am unable to permit last minute cancellations.
★Adequate time is allowed between stays to allow Casa Annabel to be properly cleaned and sanitised ready for you to enjoy your holiday. Our Covid 19 cleaning protocol is available on request!
★We would prefer it if smokers did not make a reservation to stay in Casa Annabel and we thank you for your understanding!
★Sustainability-We have recently invested in a solar powered hot water tank which holds 300 litres of hot water, (with a backup boiler for those few cloudy days) so that our guests will never run out of hot water.
We provide reusable dish cloths & scourers for your pots and pans and instead of providing plastic bottles of mineral water you will find a lovely glass bottle of tap water waiting for you in the fridge when you arrive.
We provide lunch boxes & refillable bottles for you to take drinks to the beach with you so there is no need to buy products in single use plastic wrapping or bottles. We have also installed pump dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel to the avoid the use of single use plastics.
Our housekeepers use eco-friendly cleaning products and the new washing machine uses only the minimum amount of water necessary. Our aircon is monitored so that it cannot be accidentally left on when you open the door or go out for the day.
We provide shopping bags and a wheel along crate for you to take to the shops so that you don’t have to buy plastic bags when you go shopping and encourage our guests to sort and recycle rubbish. We provide beach toys, inflatables and a body board for the children so that guests don’t have to buy a new bucket and spade each time they come and avoids having plastic items abandoned on the beach.

★Our housekeeping team are pleased to be able to offer guests staying for 7+ nights, a mid stay clean (which includes a bed linen and towel change) at a cost of 80€. Please request this when making your reservation.
★Requests for early check-in or check-out are subject to availability and are charged at half the nightly rental rate. This will be confirmed 48 hours prior to check-in.
★Spanish & U.K. TV plus Sky, movies and sports are included free of charge. Additional International TV programmes are available for an extra 25€. Please request at the time of booking.
★Mi Jardin has a Spanish pueblo (village) atmosphere and was carefully constructed in a traditional Andalusian style and is set in beautifully maintained landscaped gardens.
★ Mi Jardin is perfect if you want to relax and get away from it all and yet all that the Costa del Sol has to offer is easily accessible.
★The beautiful blue flag Carvajal beach with its highly recommended Spanish churinguito's and usual water sports, is a 15 minute (1.1km) walk away. ★N.B. it is a 20 minute-walk back as it is uphill. Why not treat yourself to a swim in the lovely pool on your way home?
★The pool does not have a lifeguard however it is fully enclosed for safety. ★The pool is open from 1st March to 31st October and from 10am -9pm ( 10pm in July and August)
★Beach/pool towels are provided. ★ We have provided sunbeds which you are welcome to carry to the pool.
★The shops, pavement cafes, bars and the recommended Indian restaurant Nirvana are at El Higueron, a 20 -minute walk (uphill) or 5 minutes and around 5€ in and Uber taxi. Aldi is only a further 5 minutes -walk away!
★Carvajal train station is 20 minutes-walk or 5 minutes and around 3.50€ in an Uber taxi, making Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Plaza Mayor, Malaga City and the Airport within easy reach.
★The trains run to the airport every 20 minutes and the station is inside the airport terminal
★The journey to the airport takes just under 30 minutes and costs just over 2€
★ When booking flights please note that the train stops running between 2330 and 0530, however a taxi will cost around 35€.
★Airport transfers can be arranged on your behalf from 20€
★There are bus stops at El Higueron which is at the top of the urbanizacion Torremar and also down by the beach.
★A car is therefore not necessary however it would be an advantage if you like to explore.
★Free parking is available

Whilst the property is a little on the small side we had a lovely relaxing time at Casa Anabel. I was particularly impressed with Sarah's communications and she was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome. There was an unexpected surprise when we landed which we appreciated after a long journey and late night arrival. The accommodation has all the essentials that are needed, and easy use of Bolt makes accessabiltity not a problem. Patrick Kelly

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review, it’s much appreciated. I am sorry that you felt that Casa Annabel is ‘a little on the small side. At 420 sqft or 39sqm this is actually quite a bit larger than other studios in the area and many of our guests have commented that it’s actually larger than it appears in the photos.
I am so glad that you felt well looked after and that you found everything that you needed. I am pleased that the local Bolt taxis were useful. We enjoyed having you to stay and we look forward to you coming to stay at Casa Christabel y Casa Annabel again soon.

We Have owned Las Terrazas del Jardin Nazari-B41 since 2014 and it is now part of our new enterprise Apartments Andalucia. Our eldest daughter Lauren is a community midwife who lives and works in Oxfordshire. Our youngest daughter Lydia is a sports rehabilitator who runs her own business in Wiltshire.
