Casa Monty is located 12 driving minutes away from the town of Chiclana de la Frontera in the south-west of Spain. With a gorgeous garden, it is perfect for a fun family vacation. The 200 m² villa resembles a roman temple and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in all rooms, a fireplace, a washing machine, a satellite television, a cot, and a highchair. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 both have two single beds. Bedroom 4 has a queen size bed. The private outdoor area includes an outdoor shower, a pool, a balcony, a lush, green garden, and a partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also a basement area which sports a table tennis table. The beach Playa de Sancti-Petri is 2 minutes driving distance away (1.4km). A restaurant, as well as a café and a bar can be reached within 3 minutes on foot (260 m). The closest supermarket is 2 minutes driving distance away (1.2 km). Gibraltar is 1 and a half hours away by car (114 km). The Jerez Airport is 45 minutes by car away (55 km). Pets are allowed upon request at an additional fee. There is free parking on the road. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
