Los Cerezos is a stylishly furnished 3 bedroom villa all on one level with a very pretty garden and interior courtyard. The covered terrace has a table and chairs for outdoor eating and a chill-out sofa for enjoying a drink by the pool.
The bedrooms and lounge are air-conditioned and the villa has some UK TV channels.
The villa is just 2 km from the traditional old town of Javea for a taste of real Spanish life and the Port and Arenal beach are a 10 minute drive.

The local area:
Los Cerezos is located in Javea´s countryside yet 2 km to Javea´s old town and a 10 minute drive to the sandy beach. Apart from the restaurants in the old town, there are some other local restaurants in the area, one of which you can walk to. You will need a car if you stay at the villa to be able to get to the beach, supermarket and out for an evening.
Javea is divided into 3 areas:
Arenal (sandy beach) - obviously popular in the warmer months, with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés and bars. The beach is in a crescent shape and is very shallow so excellent for younger children. Beside the canal you can hire a speed boat to explore the Javea´s natural coves and bays, inaccessible on foot. Nearby on the rocky beach north of the Arenal are beach bars and more sea-front restaurants.
The Port - about 2km from the sandy beach you arrive at the port. Still a small picturesque working fishing village, the port has a wonderfully authentic atmosphere with many pedestrian areas where families spend warm summer evenings either at one of the many restaurants or cafés while they watch their children play.
The Old Town - steeped in tradition, Javea´s old town is one of the prettiest villages on the Costa Blanca. Located up a hill leaving the port, this is the original village of Javea and still inhabited by local families. The atmosphere here is "true Spanish" with no sign of souvenir shops and where the local people tend to live, shop and work. The daily fresh food market is in the historic almost pedestrian centre where you will also find restaurants and the real Spanish tapas bars.

Very nice property and excellent for a family holiday in Javea. We had a great time in the property, well equipped kitchen, nicely located near the old town in Tosals, and the pool has been a magnet for the kids! If you are looking for a property with an outside kitchen and bbq, this is the only thing missing. We definitely can recommend to stay here!

A fantastic comfortable light villa even more attractive than the pictures.You do need a car to stay here .
The only gripe we had was that the property was totally bereft of such basics as Jugs,bin bags, salt and pepper,washing up liquid,washing powder and sufficient tea towels and dishwasher tablets for our short stay.
Would definitely book again.

we had a wonderful stay here - the villa itself was lovely and very clean with modern furniture and good facilities. a particular highlight was the lovely pool and garden which we made great use of during our stay.
the villa was in a very pleasant, quiet residential area but within easy reach of shops, beach, etc. A car is needed, and there is plenty to do within a short drive. We took the children to Terra Mitica one day which was a big hit - prepare to get wet!
any queries we had during our stay were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the agent
our only complaint was we didnt stay long enough - would definitely recommend the villa to family and friends
