Steps from street level lead up to the ground floor of the villa which consists of an open-plan living/dining area, a kitchen, a spare room with cot, and a shared bathroom. Doors from the dining area open onto a patio with private pool, outdoor cooking/dining area, and outdoor shower. On the first floor are three bedrooms (with two double beds, with two single beds) and a shared bathroom. A roof terrace is accessible from stairs on the first floor.
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free WIFI. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.
