The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The bright and spacious living room, with its open fireplace, is a wonderful place to relax together and is equipped with a smart TV and free WiFi. Adjacent is the open-plan kitchen, fully fitted with modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge-freezer. A cosy dining area invites you to enjoy long, relaxed meals.
For added comfort, the entire house is equipped with central air conditioning on a pay-as-you-use basis. All windows have mosquito screens and shutters, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate even on warmer days.
Outside, you can enjoy complete privacy. The private swimming pool (open from 1 April to 31 October) is perfect for cooling off, while the covered terrace with barbecue and atmospheric lighting is ideal for al fresco dining and long summer evenings. The fenced garden makes the villa particularly suitable for families with children and for guests wishing to bring their pet. Secure parking is available at the property.
La Pendolera is located in the pleasant microclimate of La Alquería, overlooking a beautiful natural landscape. The area is ideal for walkers, nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, with lovely hiking routes nearby. In Comares you will find two small grocery shops, a pharmacy, an artisan bakery and several cosy restaurants where you can enjoy delicious and affordable meals.
The villa is also perfectly located for day trips. Andalusian cities and highlights such as Málaga, Granada, Córdoba, Ronda and the Caminito del Rey are all within easy reach. The beaches of Torre del Mar and the shopping areas of Vélez-Málaga are approximately a 30-minute drive away.
