A light and sunny second floor apartment with pool, golf and mountain views. Tastefully refurbished in 2020, this west facing apartment offers the place to relax and enjoy a fabulous part of Spain.


Located in block Atlantico 60 this apartment overlooks the 14th green and is close to the sports area. It also overlooks a wonderful pool, orange and lemon groves and the Sierra del Carrascoy mountains. The apartment enjoys the late morning, afternoon and evening sunshine as well as some of the best sunsets on the resort. Its best feature are the wonderful view from the terrace!

It is an ideal property for summer or winter holidays as it is fully air conditioned and the large sunny terrace can be enclosed by the glass curtains when the temperatures fall.

It is fully equipped with everything you would expect to find in a quality apartment.

Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort's old Hacienda building is home to the El Cason bar and restaurant. This modern bar has seating inside and outside on the terrace area serving drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner. With a variety of traditional Spanish dishes and classic favourites for a variety of tastes. The Dovecote bar is open during the summer months and has comfy seating with lovely views across the resort.

Just a few minutes by car from the resort is the town of Sucina with shops & restaurants. The seaside town of Los Alcazares is the closest beach and is around 15 minutes by car. Dos Mares shopping centre is also 15 minute drive away with a large selection of shops and food court, it is open all year including holiday days.

The regions capital Murcia is 25 minutes by car and is a wonderful place to spend the day sightseeing the local attractions including the Cathedral.

We spent a lovely 10 nights at Lydia's fabulous apartment during July. We had a lovely relaxing time and the property was really nice to stay in. We had a couple of issues while we were there which were very rapidly dealt with by Lydia and overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Lydia leaves many great recommendations for visitors in a book in her property and we took full advantage of a number of these....trips to Murcia and Cartagena, great meals at Palco, Tropical, Rebate. We also discovered a gem of our own in Cartagena: La Alacena de Maria....and in terms of beaches would add Calblanque which is worth the trip....we went back 3 times.

If you come here you must have a car....the golf club is quite isolated and unless all you wanted to do was play golf it would be a bit dull to be stuck at the Hacienda for the duration even though there is a shop on site and a bar restaurant (we did not use the restaurant)

Good shopping close by in Sucina and slightly further afield a great Carrefour and a really lovely Deli called Cammmpillo in San Javier
