Overview
Guardamar is a small clean town with beautiful sandy beach. Easy to get to from Alicante airport only 30 min drive. Apartment is within short walking distance to the bars, restaurants, shops. Apartment is on the 4th floor with lift in secure locked building with good size balcony. There is air conditioning in main living room and ceiling fans in every bedroom. We provide bedding, towels crockery, pans and plates, iron, hair dryer. 3 bedrooms with sleep up to 6 guests. Two bedroom has double beds and third bedroom has larger super king bed.
There is free street parking on first come first served basis. There is strictly none smoking policy in our apartment and we will not accept pets due to health and safety and allergies. Wi-Fi is available on our property. We are proud owners of this apartment since 2014 when visited Guardamar for the first time and fallen in love with this beautiful place and friendly people. We are very hoping our guests will have amazing time and more future holidays.
