This newly renovated house only 11kms from Alicante Airport is located in a secure gated community with several restaurants, bars, swimming pool and tennis court on site.
There is a spacious terrace to the front. Inside there is a large open plan living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with wc and a washing machine. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. There are two new air conditioning units, one downstairs and one upstairs.
There is free high speed wifi and free parking. Outside the complex there are more restaurants, bars, shops and banks all within walking distance. There is also a bus stop outside the gate. Santa Pola is only a short drive away or you can take the bus and from there you can take a boat trip to the beautiful Tabarca Island. Or take the bus into Alicante and explore the old town and the architecture. Or just sit by the Marina with a drink and tapas and watch the world go by.
The beach is a 1.5km walk downhill from the property and if you feel very energetic you can walk back uphill! What are you waiting for…pack your bags!
