Overview
This lovely 2 bed villa is just a few yards from the sea. Its location - San Miguel Village, is perceived as one of the most enviable spots within the prestigious areas of Golf Del Sur, South Tenerife.
This very quaint 2 bed villa is really nicely kept. The front lawn is kept immaculately by the gardeners and provides a completely private area for sunbathing. A terraced area houses a dining table, and sun chairs.
Air con is supplied in both bedrooms.
From the garden the patio doors lead into the living room. Here you will find 2 sofas, a coffee table, TV (BBC, ITV etc), and other items of furniture.
Raised up above the living room is the dining area with a table and chairs. Beyond the dining area is the kitchen with washing machine, microwave oven and hob.
The villa has two bedrooms - both have air conditioning.
One bedroom is a particularly spacious double bedroom, the other being a small twin.
They share a family wet room style bathroom and there is also a guest WC as well

The pool is within a few metres of the front garden. This is a stunning sea front location with a childs and adult pool. The pool can only be accessed by residents of the villas and entry is with a swipe card - therefore it remains very quiet. The pool is heated in Winter.
The villa provides a very peaceful setting and its hard to believe that the resort centre is just a 3 minute walk around the corner! Here you will find 3 pretty squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants - many with evening entertainment. There are also shops, bank, doctors, chemists and much more!
A lovely sea front walk takes you to the new marina in Golf Del Sur where there are more sea front restaurants to enjoy.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. It is only 5 minutes walk to shops and restaurants, but very peaceful and lovely area too. Garden has great sea views and lots of space. Communication with agents was top-notch.

My wife and I have just returned from 11 days at this lovely apartment. Everything was exactly as advertised on the website. We could not have asked for more. Clean and spacious apartment, access controlled pool with loungers for everyone, with the supermarket and all amenities a 5 minute walk away. The property and location ticked all boxes on our wish list. A special thank you to Nicola for help and support prior to travel and whilst we were in the apartment. She responded immediately to all my questions which ranged from bus times for Los Cristianos, booking a taxi to the airport or how to activate the TV (which I will admit was user error not system error!). Will definitely be back.

We have visited Golf Del Sur many times over the years & have stayed in this property 2 or 3 times & have always found its location & facilities perfect for us & on the very rare occasion that a minor issue may arise the managing agent Nicola & the maintenance guy Steve act extremely quickly via fantastic & very helpful friendly communication.

25 San Miguel Village was perfect for us. The location is excellent, being close enough to the bars and restaurants to be a few minutes stroll but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The villa is equipped with everything needed for a self-catering holiday and has wonderful views of the sea and mountains from the upstairs terrace. The communal pool is just across the road and was never busy. Communication with the agent, Tenerife Holiday Homes, was faultless, with any questions answered quickly and effectively. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in staying there again.
