Augusta Park is situated on the border of Golf Del Sur and is a short walk to all amenities. It is perfectly sandwiched between two championship golf courses.
Augusta Park, provides a lovely location within the resort of Amarilla Golf and Country Club. The spacious pool area has gorgeous sea views.
This spacious bungalow to rent in Augusta Park, Amarilla Golf and Country Club is very comfortably furnished. The bungalow is air conditioned throughout.
Being particularly well furnished, the bungalow also has a dining room table and 5 chairs. Satellite TV is provided including BBC and ITV.
The living area opens out to the south facing balcony that stretches the length of the bungalow. From there you have all day sunshine and lovely sea views.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need for a short or long stay. Amongst others an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and juicer are provided.
Beyond the kitchen is a very unique room currently used as a bar! Chairs and a sofa are provided as well as two stools by the bar.
The sofa is a sofa bed so can sleep a 5th person.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
The master has an ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
There is a terrace that wraps arouns the side of the property and also has sea views. Patio doors open to this terrace.
The 2nd bedroom mirrors the master and shares a family bathroom with walk-in shower. Again air conditioning is supplied.
The south facing sunny balcony has sun beds for you to stretch out on. There is lovely sea views in the distance.
The pool area is gated and can only be accessed by residents and guests. There is therefore plenty of room to relax on your sun bed enjoying the Tenerife sun and sea views.
Being located on the border of Amarilla Golf and Country Club and Golf Del Sur, this bungalow is ideally located for local amenities. Amarilla Golf and Country Club is a quiet resort with a scattering of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Itis just a few minutes’ walk to the new marina at Golf Del Sur. Here there is a very pretty sea front promenade full of good quality restaurants and bars. Further into the resort, is the San Blas Commercial Centre that consists of 3 picturesque squares each containing good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques and a night club. At the other end of the resort, next to the new marina, you will find a very pretty sea front promenade full of restaurants where you can dine al fresco overlooking the sea. The nearby Spanish village of Los Abrigos is just a 10 minute taxi ride and here is a small fishing port, full of some of the best fresh fish restaurants on the island.
5 mins walk to supermarket and bars. 10 minutes walk to marina with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. 10 minutes drive from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car).
Towels and linen change weekly.

Lovely bungalow would definitely recommend it especially for families. Sun on balcony all day long fabulous little shop next door selling fresh bread pasties cossants etc. English television with all the channels you could wish for.
The electrics could have done with a bit of attention . Not recommended for wheelchair users or people with mobility problems Unfortunately the pool was under repair and was therefore not in use which was disappointing we were not informed before travelled
Good taxi pick and collection to and from airport from Lyn. Easy to get into bungalow, and as others have said very yellow and a bit dated. Air-con in 2nd bedroom remote had battery’s that had rusted, controller from main bedroom worked it but wasn’t great. Our en-suite was only used for toilet and sink as shower curtain was a very sm circular one and I’m not big and would have struggled having a shower in it. We therefore had to use main walk in shower in other bathroom which was ok until it started to leak through the wall down the side of the toilet. 2 double beds weren’t great (although did know when booked) having taken my 2 boys (17&15) they ended up taking it in turns on the sofa. Be aware of sofa as yellow throws on them comes off on dark clothes ( not great when your heading out for the night) Kitchen has plenty of utensils, saucepans so good to cook your own meals, but be aware all rings do not light up so you don’t know which work, also the electric trips constantly when you cook. Fuse box doesn’t look great. Dishwasher didn’t clean great so had to wash things by hand. Sm supermarket next door was good for bread and odd bits of shopping but we walked to the HyperDino(30min walk) for a big shop better value and got a taxi back. Swimming great clean and never busy. Area good with bars and plenty of places to eat but be WARNED the flight path is right over the top of bungalow so if your a light sleeper not great. Was ok for 1 week. I guess you get what you pay for.

Had a great 18 days in this apartment. Decor a bit quirky but it grows on you. Everything was as outlined in the advert. Would definitely come back here again.
We booked this property for three weeks on the 15th February 2018. The property is a and very private two bed/two bath bungalow and very private. Comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The decor could have done with a little updating as most of it was bright yellow (including the crockery). Lots of musical connections ie: music staves wall lights, plastic (imitation stained glass) room divider from kitchen to lounge of piano and guitars. Very handy supermarket next door for supplies.
Downside - We had to buy an air freshener as the whole place smelt very unpleasant. We think this may have been due to the place being unused for some time! Patio doors from lounge and bedroom were permanently locked, so no fresh air obtained. To be fair, the agent arrived two days after arrival (unannounced) with a handyman to have a look at the locks. My partner was not impressed that the locks had not been repaired before our arrival and phoned to point this out. They promised to come the following week, but did not arrive (on arrival home, we found they had sent an email asking for permission to come). Laundry was not changed as promised, so we used the washing machine provided.
On the whole, despite everything, we did enjoy our stay.
