Overview

This fantastic apartment to rent has breathtaking sea, golf course and mountain views from the balcony and private roof terrace.

The photographs show the actual views from the balcony and the sea can also be seen from the kitchen and living room.

The recently refurbished kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There are patio doors leading to the glass-covered balcony and a spiral staircase from the living room to the roof terrace.

The complex has satellite TV, BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4, Sky Sports, Sky News etc. There is free fibre-based and fast wi-fi. There is also an internet TV box providing access to 49 English channels and other streaming services.

Air con is provided in the living room on a meter basis - 1 Euro = approximately 1.5 hours of air con. The unit is powerful enough to also affect the bedroom if the door is kept open.
Both the lounge and the bedroom also have ceiling mounted fans.

The bedroom consists of twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The living room has a sofa bed so the apartment can easily sleep 4.

The complex of Ocean Golf and Country Club is seen locally as providing some of the best accommodation in the area and this has to be one of the best apartments within it!

At the front of the complex are a few quiet bars and restaurants, a lovely wine bar / tapas bar, a supermarket and a coffee shop.

The resort center of Golf del Sur is an approximate 10 minute walk where you will find a selection of boutiques, a supermarket, banks, cash-points and plenty more good quality bars and restaurants - many with evening entertainment. A 5 to 10 min walk in the other direction takes you to the new marina and a lovely sea front promenade full of picturesque bars and restaurants.

We had great stay at this lovely well modernised apartment. The bathroom is very smart with a modern shower. The balcony is just right for the evening’s but during the day it has to be the roof terrace.

We have been to this property before and thus know the area which is handy for the airport, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and takeaways and for the motorway if you use car rental, which we do. The flat is clean, has good facilities, only comment I would make is that it could do with a cafeteria or coffee machine, as we like our filter coffee. Otherwise, can't fault the place and Jon is always on hand via email and gets back quickly. We enjoyed the balcony and the roof terrace. The flat has a great view of the sea and the Red Mountain. We will likely be back again.

Excellent apartment. Lovely new kitchen with everything you need, and very nice rooftop sun terrace with loungers and seating.
Quiet residential apartments with nice heated pool area with plenty loungers.
Aircon would be icing on cake especially during hotter months although fans done the job for us while there @Xmas
Would definitely recommend & stay again

A really fantastic, modern and quiet apartment which the owners should be very proud of.
If you are a sun lover, then with the excellent roof terrace you really have no need to even leave the apartment during your holiday (even though the complex has two really nice pool areas)
And a balcony area off the living room is ideal for evenings or cooler days.
It is tastefully and obviously quite recently decorated, and the modern bathrooms is great.

We always choose this area as it is one of the quieter ones of Tenerife, probably more suitable for couples, although there are more than plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

We have used this management company many times over 15 years and they are always very reliable, this property is one of their best and is the reason it looks very busy with bookings, hopefully we can visit it again soon.

We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment, in fact if it was for sale we would consider buying it.

We have just returned from a lovely 10 day stay at this apartment. It looked like it had been recently refreshed and very nicely done too. My husband certainly enjoyed the 40” television! We both really appreciated having the balcony with the conservatory built onto it. We spent many an evening having dinner and enjoying the marvellous views not to mention watching the sun rise in the mornings whilst having breakfast. The spacious roof terrace was just a delight and enabled us to get all day sun without really being overlooked. The complex itself is very clean and well maintained with two pools to choose from. The drive from the airport is only about 15 minutes and very easy even though we don’t normally hire a car. It was difficult to fault the apartment except for maybe the heat that we had to contend with at this time of year which was fine once we had the ceiling fans running and the windows open front and back (there are insect screens front and rear so no insect bites!). There are also a couple of flights of stairs to ascend and descend but it didn’t seem to be a problem. The Rendezvous was our favourite restaurant although Dabda was closer and nice for both dinner and relaxing drinks. We shall certainly return in the future.
