Villa Melissa

Villa Melissa is a luxury villa with modern and stylish decor in a peaceful location on the Salinas Golf Course. The popular resort of Caleta de Fuste is just a 5 minute drive away with numerous bars, restaurants and beaches.

Inside, the villa has fresh, modern furnishings, offering bright and airy interiors and allows plenty of light throughout. The open breakfast bar was created so that a family can enjoy an open plan living experience. The living room has an L shape sofa and smart television to sit back and relax during the evenings, with UK TV channels and various other languages. Free Wifi throughout the villa. There are three large bedrooms - two kingsize and one with two single beds, plus a 4th bedroom with a split bed that can sleep two children. All bedrooms have patio doors to the outside areas but also have shutters which keeps the bedrooms cool and allows the evening/night breeze flow but with security.

From the lounge there are patio doors to the shaded outside soft seating area and a large dining table that seats 8, a Canarian BBQ and a jacuzzi for 3 persons, for those relaxing evenings after your days of exploring and sunbathing.

The second set of patio doors from the living room takes you right out to the pool area and 8 sun-loungers, where you can soak up the sun all day long or swim in the spectacular salt water pool, which has a retractable dome-style cover, perfect for evening swimming and for the children. The pool size is 10 x 4 x 1.40m. There is also a small paddling pool for youngsters which is 2m and has a shallow depth of 30cm.

As there are no stairs the villa is suitable for eldery and disabled access and due to its quiet location the villa gives 360° privacy, ideal for golfers and families alike.

This beautiful villa is a fantastic home away from home and is a great base to enjoy your Canarian holiday. A car would be recommended as there are many beaches, villages, and sand dunes to explore on this fabulous island all within easy reach. There is either private or street parking.

Golfers love the area and the immaculate eighteen-hole golf course once hosted the Spanish Open tournament.

Puerto del Rosario is the capital of Fuerteventura and is worth a visit at just 15 km north of Caleta de Fuste. The distance to the airport is 10 km.

The island is the paradise of water sports such as Kite Surfing, windsurfing, canoeing, diving, fishing plus much more.
