Very cosy villa near the town centre of Fuengirola. Walking distance to the beach. The house is on one plan.
Modern, open kitchen with cooking privacy. Drinkable water from tap, no need to buy bottles. Living room is connected with dining area. Dining table chairs for eight. In living room is a fireplace with Danish heat-blow system for winter time pleasure.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a roomy 160 cm wide bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has king size bed (180cm). Baby cot , high chair and baby bath, pool towels, hair dryers available, hair straighteners - NO EXTRA CHARGE
The entire house has air condition and heating unit. In dining room six persons can have dinner. Outside there are place (for 6-8 ) to have a breakfast, lunch , dinner etc.
Laundry, storage, cleaning equipment etc. Continuous hot water system.
Outdoor dining area has its own gas grill and BBQ-area, water connection and electricity. There is a romantic atmosphere; lights and torches.
Lightened swimming pool is more than 2 meters deep in the other end. By the poolside there is plenty of room for relaxation. There is also fireplace for dark evenings and atmosphere lightning and lanterns...
The house is situated in good area in Fuengirola. There is not much traffic on the one way road. Parking is in front of the garage or in the parking place nearby.
Perfect 10 minutes downhill walking distance to the 8 km long beach. Good walking possibilities in safe surrounding. Cheap (6-10€) to come and go to hectic Fuengirola city centre by taxi.
Only 20 km from the Malaga Airport. On Costa del Sol there are LOTS of ways to enjoy of the holiday; playgrounds for children, big shopping centre, small boutiques, restaurants, pubs, discotheques, internet cafes, water park, crocodile park, zoo, tivoli, Selwo Marina with dolphin show, Selwo safari Adventure, theatre, 56 golf courses on the coast, horse riding, water sports etc. Nearby is a Casino for gamblers.
Dinner possibilities can be chosen from Indian, Chinese, English, Japanese, Scandinavian, Italian etc. restaurants. There are lots of pubs in Fuengirola most of them have nice programs, karaoke or plays. Some have flamenco nights.
Fuengirola is very international but same time you can find unspoiled narrow lanes in the city center. The marina can be found alongside the traditional fishermen port where you can still see daily catches being taken ashore.
From Fuengirola you drive in ten minutes to white Andalucian villages. Or if you want to see "the rich and beautiful" you are in 20 minutes in Marbella and in 25 minutes in Puerto Banus. There you can see fabulous yachts and cars. Fuengirola is a fantastic place to spend your vacation.
On Christmas time the villa is fully decorated.

This was our third stay in 5 years I think. The villa has retained all of its charm and continues to be a great place for a family holiday. Recent improvements include the complete replacement of each of the bathrooms, both are now modern and bright and I think virtually everywhere had been repainted. It was certainly spotlessly clean and very smart.
I'd recommend this place to anyone and hope very much to revisit in the future.

Arrived back from a two week stay at this wonderful villa. We had excellent communication with owners from the moment we booked to when we arrived home, answering any questions or concerns we had very quickly. Villa is outstanding, definitely a home from home, had all we needed & more! Spoilt for choice with outdoor space for relaxing. We all loved the bbq area at far end of garden & the lighting made all areas look beautiful. The villa inside is stylish & modern & we enjoyed spending time indoors too.
We would highly recommend a car though or be prepared to taxi up & down to the beach/promenade as we found walking with children very tiring in the heat. Lovely walk downhill with sea & mountain views that took us approx 20mins. Beach days were lovely at the quieter end by the villa, was very busy in the centre. So much choice for eating, plenty of restaurants for the meals out! Sam's bar is a must & the cavern in the evenings if you have children in need of some karaoke & pool. The highlight of our holiday was the dolphin boat trip, we were so lucky to see them so close. There was lots to do nearby either by taxi or excursion. Overall a fabulous holiday & would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home, definitely booking again in the future

Stayed at this wonderful villa for a fortnight in July / August 17 with my wife and 2 children (12&20 yrs old) and, for a week of our stay, my parents.
The villa is absolutely superb and neither the description nor the photographs shown here do it justice. The property is sprawling with a beautiful poolside area and a garden dining area complete with outside kitchen to choose form. Seats, loungers and beds are plentiful, in fact there's probably enough outdoor seating for about twenty people and in addition to a larger than average pool, there's the added bonus of a sauna.
The inside of the property is similarly well equipped; two good sized bedrooms and a library / guest room and two bathrooms. The large living area again has plenty of seating and a well equipped kitchen with full size oven and dishwasher etc. The air conditioning works well even on the warmest of nights.
There's nothing you could want that this villa doesn't have; television, music system etc. there's even a laptop for the guests to use and, worthy of mention, super fast WiFi!
Location wise, it's in a nice quiet area and whilst the walk from the front back to the villa can be a challenge it shouldn't put anyone off. We had a car which we seldom used whilst my parents were with us and walked or used taxis the rest of the time. Taxis are plentiful, reliable and reasonably priced.
Communication and service with the owners and their local representatives was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and we sensed a genuine concern from them to ensure that everything was how we wanted it to be.
In short, we had a truly memorable holiday here and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the villa to anyone.

A beautiful villa with every possible amenity that you could ask for in a villa. The outside areas are beautiful and luxurious and inside is comfortable, spacious and air conditioned!

In the garden is a very romantic atmosphere when all spotlights and lanterns are on. The pool has also lights. Two BBQ- places to eat dinner. Each table has chairs for 6 plus extra chairs. No mosquitos in this villa. Partial sea views and views to the neighbor houses. Sun-loungers for 6 people.
