The villa is perfect for a family of eight because it has four roomy bedrooms, a lovely, modern living area, a great pool, and a patio.
If you're traveling with another family or group of friends, we also offer Barcares Mari, the four-bedroom house right next door.
Up to sixteen guests can stay in the two villas together.

Barcares has a charming harbor, a small beach, with stunning views of the outlying island and Cap Formentor.
The home is about a fifteen to twenty minute walk from the beautiful Alcudia Town.
The magnificent Manresa and Mal Pas beaches are also accessible by short drive or by foot.
Alcudia is home to 30 kilometers of breathtaking, sun-kissed coastline that offers peace, leisure, watersports, crystal-clear water, and lots of shimmering white sand. Scuba diving, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kite boarding, inflatable rides, and fishing are just a few of the many watersports that are offered.
Alcudia Old Town, which is about 1.5 kilometers from the home, is endowed with gorgeous, winding cobbled alleys, intimate squares, lovely old buildings, and a vibrant artisan tradition.
The town is a great place to eat tapas or have a gastronomic meal and is home to many cultural events.

The wide windows and floor to ceiling doors leading to the terrace flood the open-concept living area of the house with natural light, making it feel spacious and light.
For your self-catering getaway, a modern kitchen with white cabinets and wood accents is located at the far end.
Then a modern dining table and chairs are provided, however you'll probably prefer to eat outside on the terrace.
A spacious television with satellite channels and a comfortable corner sofa are featured in the living space.

The villa's four bedrooms, three bathrooms, balconies, and entrance to the roof terrace are all located on the first level. The bedrooms have spacious closets, a basic design, and comfortable beds.
Beautifully decorated double beds can be found in two of the bedrooms, twin beds are in the third, and bunk beds are in the final.
There are three beautifully designed, spotless tiled bathrooms that can be shared, one of which is an ensuite.
The final bathroom has a bath, and the other two have showers.
Some of the bedrooms have access to fully equipped balconies, which are ideal for a nightcap or a cup of coffee in the morning.

Villa is surrounded by hedging to ensure seclusion and is situated in a large, green garden.
If you reserve both villas, Barcares Mari may be accessed easily.
The gorgeous rear garden features a great pool surrounded by lounge chairs and a parasol.
The villa's BBQ may be used to prepare mouthwatering barbecues on the outside dining terrace.
The villa also has a stunning, exquisitely decorated top patio.
It is the ideal location for enjoying cocktails, breath-taking views of Puerto Pollensa and Formentor, and watching the sun set.
