Overview
Villa Sabrina is one of 21 unique detached villas in its own domain. The entrance to these villas is controlled by an electronic security gate operated by a key fob. This ensures full safety for children and guests with automatic closure of the gates when you have passed through.
The villa is located just outside the Spanish town of Guardamar Del Segura on a brand new urbanisation known as El Raso.
The famous beaches of Guardamar are well known for their clean water and terrific white sand.
Travelling time form Alicante El Altet Airport is Just 30 Minutes

All types of night life bars clubs etc can be found in the area of Torrevieja just 20 minutes away. On the El Raso Urbanisation within walking distance from the villa is a Spanish Restaurant called simply El Raso catering for good Spanish & English food at very competitive prices. A high quality well known restaurant called Stan & Ollies, an Indian restaurant together with a tapas restaurant and a few bars serving meals and snacks again all within 5 minutes walk.

The facilities are very good, although unfortunately, the pool was undergoing maintenance and inaccessible during our week at Villa Sabrina, but this had been made clear to us in advance by the owner and we appreciated the advance notice and good comms from Simon.
All you will need for a comfortable stay is provided. Guardamar, Cuidad Quesada, La Mata and Torrevieja are all within 5-15 mins drive away, but El Raso has a range of good bars and restaurants if you don’t want to venture far.
We would not hesitate to book again

WE HAVE JUST GOT BACK FROM A GREAT TWO WEEK HOLIDAY AT VILLA SABRINA. EASY AND FAST CONTACT WITH BOTH SIMON AND AMANDA, IF YOU NEED THEM. EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS AVAILABLE AT THE VILLA. FOR MOST OF THE TWO WEEKS WE HAD THE POOL ON OUR OWN. YOU DO NEED A CAR, WHICH WE KNEW AS WE HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS AREA FOR MANY YEARS. SO WE WOULD NOT HESITATE IN BOOKING THIS VILLA AGAIN. NICE BARS AND RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE VILLA AND MANY PLACES TO VISIT. GREAT BEACHES NEARBY BY CAR.

Just spent a fabulous 17 days in Villa Sabrina in El Raso. Lovely villa, well maintained and great facilities, very comfortable and I have to say an extremely comfortable bed. Excellent value. Lovely garden with loungers although the beach at Guardamar takes some beating. Villa is in a very quiet, gated close with a lovely communal pool in the middle which we often had to ourselves. Only a 2 minute stroll to the local bars and restaurants on the El Raso urbanisation. Good to have a car to out and about, this is a great base to visit many places in the area. We will definitely be back.

Another lovely stay at villa Sabrina we really enjoy our time , A lovely villa and all the facilities are great , enjoy the local bars they do some lovely food . Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool as it was quite hot 🥵.. wouldn’t hesitate to go back again

We really enjoyed our stay. The Villa was very nice with everything you need. Beautiful terrace with barbecue. Communal swimming pool very cleaned. Very secured and quiet area. Check in and check out were perfect with Amanda, a lovely person. Good communication with the owner. Thank you !
