Overview

Palm tree Oasis Beach residence is situated in Urbanizacion El Raso (part of Guardamar del Segura) and situated nearby the nature reserve around the salt lake of La Mata. it takes 5 minutes by car to the nearest beaches or about 15 minutes by bike. Oasis Beach is a quiet new residence mainly for families or people who want to have a peaceful holiday. Party people and people who like noisy city centres better look for another place to stay. Within walking distance you will find all necessary facilities (grocery store, pharmacy, pubs and restaurants etc.). The nearest towns are Ciudad Quesada, Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja (all within about 5 to 15 minutes by car). The nearest beaches are about 3 to 4 kilometers from the residence.
The apartment has a balcony on the front (street view with very wide street, almost no traffic at all (very quiet), palm trees and lots of parking space), a breakfast terrace on the backside (palm tree and swimming pool view) and stairs that lead to the vast rooftop terrace- (about 88m²) with sunbeds, lounge seating area and which has a protective sun cover (toldo) that can partially cover the rooftop terrace. there's also an outdoor shower, a fridge and the washing machine. From there you will have an overview of the residence, the swimming pool and a view to the surroundings like for instance the salt lake of La Mata.
In wintertime our guests may use the underground wellness area (you need to make a reservation in advance for each time maximum 1 hour) which has a sauna and large jacuzzi and showers.
Our guests will have access to the underground parking lot where they can park their car on our reserved parking space or as many other guests do they can park inside either inside or outside the residence (outside the residence there's lots of space all year round to park your car as well). Guests can choose either of the two large swimmingpools to use and there's also a small playground for the children and two petanque (jeu de boules) ballgames. Once upon arrival our guests will receive a document with normal house and community rules and also lots of tips and tricks about what to do and see (useful contact information of all sorts of rentals, addresses, restaurants etc. etc.) in the neighbourhood.
the apartment inside (97m²) has a fully equipped kitchen, airconditioning everywhere, a sofa and international TV (Spanish, Englisch, Belgian, Dutch, French, German, Scandinavian channels etc.), free WiFi, 3 bedrooms (2 double bed master bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 bunkbeds) and 2 bathrooms (each with toilet and shower).

we bought this family oriented holiday apartment in a brand new residence in 2019 and fell in love with the palm tree oasis and the tranquillity of the area. We like spending our holidays in a quiet relaxful way and therefore the Oasis Beach residence is simply perfect. people looking for vibrant noisy city centres and party people better look for another place to stay. The apartment is located nearby the sea (only a few minutes driving to the beach by bike or by car) and not far from cities like Alicante, Murcia, Torrevieja, Santa Pola and smaller cities like for instance Guardamar del Segura. You can find whatever type of food in this area ranging from traditional Spanish food (amongst which delicious sea food and meat !) to Asian and European mainland and British food. The beaches are white sandy beaches with some nice beach bars and restaurants close by. For our guests we have lots of tourist information in our apartment. On request we can also inform our guests about the things to do and to visit in the area. There are golf courses in the neighbourhood as well as tennis, padel, karting, kite surfing, jetski, rental boats, rental bikes and so much more. It's up to our guests to make it an active or relaxful lazy holiday :-) The apartment has a balcony on the front (quiet and very wide road with palm trees), a breakfast terrace at the back (garden/swimming pool view) and has outdoor stairs that lead to the vast rooftop terrace where you can relax in the lounge seating area (and if desired under the sun protection 'toldo' which you can easily open or close), sunbath on the sunbeds and where there's an outdoor shower and an additional fridge (and the washing machine). There's airconditioning and free WiFi throughout the apartment as well as international TV with hundreds of European TV channels. You can park your car in the street in front of the residence (hundreds of parking spaces, never full, always lots of space), or inside the residence or inside the underground garage inside the residence. We're looking forward to welcoming new guests !
