Beautiful villa with private pool, 3 double beds with lovely furnishing's through out and areas for relaxing and sunbathing with sun all day. A lovely villa all year round to visit, tour & relax.
Overview
Our Beautiful Villa has a lovely blue pool in a spacious front garden, with lots of flowering shrubs, palm tree and a lemon tree for your gin and tonics. Where you can be sat under the pergola when the sun is shining, doing your barbecuing looking towards the pool area. There is a seating area under the pergola and also a porch area with seating by the entrance door, where you can have your early morning tea or fruit juice.
In the garden area there is a large patio with a table and 6 chairs and a parasol for alfresco eating outside. As the climate in Costa Blanca is generally ideal for most of the year. Our house is next to the comunity pool if you require more exercise, the community pool can be seen from our roof terrace. We are in a quieter area of El Raso, but in very close walking distance to very good restaurants. Stan and Ollies is lovely and we recommend the Sunday lunch. The smaller bars are offering reasonably priced dishes from Spanish, English, Indian foods on site. All the bars have a friendly bar staff and welcome new visitors. We are far enough away to not hear any noise from the bars.
The supermarkets are a short drive away from the villa. A car is essential to drive to the supermarkets and beaches etc. The bars and restaurants on site are only 3 minutes walk away.
Our home is only suitable for families and couples only we politely ask. No Stag or Hen parties sorry, No animals also. Only smoking away from the villa please we politely ask.
We have a roof terrace at the top where you can see the salt lakes of Torrevieja and the sea line at Guardamar Del Segura, the mountains in land as well. We have our pre dinner cocktails on the roof terrace before going out to dinner. The sunset is very special up on the sun terrace and looking over the countryside, seeing the orange trees and the salt lakes.
We have 3 double bedrooms which are nicely furnished and decorated with good wardrobe space. We have a baby travel cot for small infants you must bring baby's sleeping bag or blankets etc. we have 1 child dining chair also.
There are 2 double bedrooms on the 1st floor with a family bathroom, with bath and shower. Down stairs there is another double bedroom, with an adjacent bathroom with a shower cubicle. Where the washing machine is kept, plus the ironing board and iron, plus the towels for the beach and our private pool to be used by our guests on top the washing machine.
The ground floor inside is all open plan the kitchen area consists of a fridge freezer, dish washer, integrated ceramic hob and oven. A microwave and all crockery and kitchen utentils provided. We have satellite FreeView TV and DVD player. We now have installed wifi which available at 10 euros per week payable to Heidi who meets and greets you.
We are 10 minutes drive in a car to the beaches of Guardamar Del Segura, 30 minutes drive ftom Alicante airport and Murcia airport. Even though we are close to the airports, we never hear the aeroplanes, as we are not on the flight paths. The local weekly market is held every Sunday next to El Raso and can be walked too from the house. A car is essential if you want to explore the area, but there is a bus service from El Raso to Guardamar town if required. We are 20 minutes from Torreveica and 1 hour from Benidorm.
Golf on the Costa Blanca - when coming on holiday to Guardamar, one of the big benefits is the golf. With at least 300 days of sunshine every year, the climate on the Costa Blanca makes it the ideal environment for golf and enjoying the sun and the area. Going up into the mountains is lovely and going through San Miguel you can eventually come to a lovely restaurant in Rebat which is called Restaurant Rebat, who do a lovely 3 course meal and very reasonable. The air is cooler in the mountains and so tranquil.
The long, golden sandy beaches at Guardamar into Torrevieca consistently win the coveted Blue flag awards every year for their cleanliness, safety and facilities etc. The bars on the beaches at Guardamar and Compomar have lovely Spanish bars and its lovely to sample tapa's and paella at these bars with a glass of sangria. You will see all the Spanish families from Grandparents to Grandchildren walking the full length of the beaches keeping fit. You can walk for miles and miles on the golden sand and beach in both directions.
Casa Blue Oasis Villa is great for visiting all year round. You may not be able to go in the pool in
January, February and March, November, December and January. But the weather then is still fabulous and you do enjoy the weather as it not
so intense in these months if you prefer it cooler. The days are sunny, warm and balmy. The evenings are cooler though and you may need a cardigan.
But touring around the Guardamar/Torrevieca area is lovely, visiting new places too visit, fabulous sandy beaches, the golden sands at Guardamar are well known for their sand dunes and superb nature reserve, historical sites in Alicante too in the old town, restaurants to eat are many and varied in the areas mentioned and more to find out about yourselves and explore! Travelling around is easier when the sun is not so hot as it is in August if you like it cooler etc.
Shopping is excellent in Habanaras in Torrevieca for clothes shops like Zara etc, shoe shops, perfume, jewellery tapas bars and sport wear/equipment etc. Also there is a large Carrefour supermarket with all that you need, food, clothes etc.

A fantastic property with a great private pool, the communal pool was also one of the best I have seen. Walking distance to some bars and restaurants.
Easy access to local beaches in the car.

This was our second year at Casa Blue Oasis. We think the villa is beautiful and we especially enjoy having our own pool. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance, we particularly like El Bar. We plan to book again for next year.

We stayed for 8 days in June 2019 and it was our first holiday in 8 years and the first with our 2 & 4 year old girls. It did not disappoint.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our time away, the accomodation was superb. The girls loved the private pool aswell as the communal one nearby.
Hiring a car, as it does say in the advert is a must, once we got our bearings, it was quite easy to navigate around.
We would highly recommend and will hopefully return next year, albeit in the school holidays.

We've stayed at Casa Blue Oasis twice now as we really enjoyed being there the first time.
Lynn and Stuart have a lovely property here in El Raso and although we only had contact with Lynn with regards to our booking, she is extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with.. even remembered our family when booking the 2nd year! =)
The area is great too, with some lovely bars and restaurants and a small "bazaar" shop with great owners too.. all within walking distance.
The price of the stay here is very reasonable too.
If we head back to this area of Spain again, I think that this property is likely to be our first choice to book!

Community pool have parasols and seating also beautiful flowers in flower beds around the pool area. If you book the villa I can give you a car hire firm we always use details on request. PLEASE NOTE. When there are bookings back to back, ie when 1 Guest is leaving at 10 am and another Guest is arriving at 3 pm. If you arrive early we do not mind you dropping your luggage off. However you will not be able to enter Casa Blue Oasis before 3pm. house is completely cleaned from top to bottom for your arrival.

We have had our villa for over 12 years, we watched it being built from the start. What we love about our villa is the sun terrace seeing all around where we are, i.e. the mountains, the salt lakes and a lovely view of our private pool. We love being on El Raso with all the lovely and welcoming bars and restaurants and being able to see the sea line and being so close to the coast road. We are only a 5 minute drive to the beach and if you don't want to drive. There is a regular bus which can take you straight into Guardamar Del Segura , plus there are taxis available from El Raso to take you anywhere, which are very reasonable. We pride ourselves on our beautiful villa and have Heidi who meets and greets you on arrival etc. Heidi can answer any questions you may have and can also offer Wifi if required. We love being in our pool and when it is very hot we have the pergola in the shade, along with our BBQ and chairs. There is also a large table and chairs with an umbrella, on the patio in the full sun if you want to be in the sun. Then overlooking the pool which is really relaxing and fabulous to get into and cool off and do some aqua aerobics if you want to. For further exercise the community pool is just around the corner for you to do long lengths, which is also to be seen from our sun terrace. Stan and Ollies restaurant and The Med Bar do beautifully lovely food and the smaller bars do really good and reasonable breakfasts. But there is a lot to choose from, even an Indian restaurant. It is lovely to stay on El Raso and not having to drive for meals and drinks when you are in walking distance and far away enough not to hear the noises from the bars.
