This recently renovated villa is located in Mas Tomasi, half way between Pals village and Pals beach. The views are quite amazing of the surrounding countryside towards the village of Begur on the south side, to the north of the Castel de Montgri (in the far distance the Pyrenees), and to the East, the Mediterranean sea.
The recent renovations have made this a practical and modern family property.

The open plan living area gives access to both the front and back garden areas, both with large terraces suitable for sunbathing, children's play area or eating in the covered terrace area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine and kettle, the dining room has a table and chairs for 6 people and doors leading to the covered terrace, the sitting/TV room has access to the sun terrace and also the entrance of the villa. There are three bedrooms, one with bunk beds, one with a double bed (these both have air-conditioning), the third bedroom is down a couple of steps has a king size bed and en-suite shower with a washing machine and dryer. There is a further family shower room.
Additionally the property has underfloor heating, very good fibre optic internet, and a wood stove. These additions make it ideal for rental all year round.
The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean style garden with lots of terraces plus a roof terrace where the amazing views are at their best.
Off (and on) street parking, nearest supermarket 1km (Jodofi). The pine forests are a short walk (10 mins) where there are walking and cycling trails to Begur, Pals and the beach.

We had a wonderful week in a nice house. Good location, quiet and a beautiful view. The house has been renovated inside and equipped with many comforts and with comfortable beds. On the master bedroom after, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen was new and well equipped, but it lacked a kitchen knife and bread knife. The location of home is fine, close to the roads, beach and the village of pals. A supermarket and downstairs bakery on the road
Fabulous views! The house was really well presented, everything we needed to cook with was in the kitchen, the beds were really good quality and comfortable, everything was very clean and tidy. The supermarket is at the bottom of the hill, the beach a 10 min drive with plenty of parking. There were some restaurants on the beach (the beach bar was our favourite place to be in the evening, feet in the sand and a drink in the hand!). The agency were helpful with information about the area and we explored many villages, Pals, La Bisbal, Peretalada. We had a wonderful 10 days and we recommend it to anyone. Thank you.
