The apartment is in a gated community,it is situated on ground level,therefore is suitable for disabled and young children as it has ramps for easy access to the pool and communal areas.

Within walking distance you will find a local beach,a good selection of bars and eateries,comprising of spanish italian,chinese,indian seafood, english and international.The local bakery also provides,local fresh produce,and rottiserie chickens to order.There is a good local bus service,making sight seeing easy accessable.The local outdoor market on wednesdays and saturdays is well worth a visit.It is situated in lacala,a short bus ride away on the coast road.

There is also a large shopping mall,5 minutes away by car or bus,with a wide variety of shops and a cinema.There is also a waterpark nearby.Throughout the month of august there is horseracing and spanish entertainment at the hippodromo via la,cala,de mijas.
