SunRise Den is an exceptional end of terrace,
semidetached house in a private residential complex with access to large pool and garden. All bookings 7 nights and over will find on arrival a FREE WELCOME PACK with snacks and nibbles, a bottle of wine and one of water. Own private entrance, front door accessible by wheelchair (but duplex is on 2 levels with the shower upstairs). Very large living room has two corner sofa beds, with large terrace/patio with sea view, pretty plants and terrace furniture. 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with bunk-beds, in total sleeps up to 6 guests. Good free WiFi, kitchen with all equipment including washing machine and dishwasher, coffee maker and much more. AC in the living room and master bedroom. The other two bedrooms are provided with ceiling/desk fans. The property is decorated in a modern, contemporary style and guests can expect a very comfortable stay with a touch of luxury thrown in. Excellent quality bedding and towels are provided without any extra charges, parking just outside so you can keep an eye on your car at all times, plenty of spaces, free on the street. You can access the front terrace from the street in ten seconds which makes it easy when carrying shopping or your suitcase s. A second terrace at the top of the property with uninterrupted views, seating and barbecue.

The views from both terraces are to die for and colourful sunrises over the sea are our specialty, free of charge 😉
We promise you a memorable stay! SunRise Den is a place where you'll make unforgettable memories and you won't want to leave! The shared pool is very quiet even in the summer and you can sunbathe on our private terraces most days of the year.
Puerto de Mazarrón is known to have around 320 days of sunshine a year. The area offers loads of activities: water/beach, snorkeling, diving, hiking, biking, good food, and peaceful walks in the off season. 36 km of beaches in Mazarron means that you can spend each day of your stay on a different beach if you so choose. There are even two dog beaches in town, one of them about 10 min walk from our property. Nearest bars and restaurants are at 5 min walk from the house and the beach is across the road from these. Supermarkets and many other shops are at less than 5 min drive. We recommend a car in order to enjoy fully the area and its beauty! Airport pick-up can be arranged.

Casa adosada en complejo residencial privado con acceso a gran piscina y jardín. Todas las reservas de 7 noches o más encontrarán a su llegada un PACK DE BIENVENIDA GRATIS con snacks y picadas, una botella de vino y una de agua. Entrada privada propia, puerta de entrada accesible en silla de ruedas (pero el dúplex está en 2 niveles con la ducha arriba). Salón muy grande con dos sofás cama esquineros, gran terraza/patio con vistas al mar, bonitas plantas y muebles de terraza. 3 dormitorios, dos con cama de matrimonio y uno con literas, en total tienen capacidad para 6 personas. Buen WiFi gratuito, cocina con todo el equipamiento, incluyendo lavadora y lavavajillas, cafetera y mucho más. AC en salón y dormitorio principal. Los otros dos dormitorios cuentan con ventiladores de techo/escritorio. La propiedad está decorada en un estilo moderno y contemporáneo y los huéspedes pueden esperar una estancia muy cómoda con un toque de lujo. Se proporcionan ropa de cama y toallas de excelente calidad sin ningún cargo adicional, estacionamiento justo afuera para que pueda vigilar su automóvil. En todo momento, muchos espacios, libres a la calle. Puedes acceder a la terraza delantera desde la calle en diez segundos, lo que te facilita llevar la compra o las maletas. Una segunda terraza en la parte superior de la propiedad con vistas ininterrumpidas, asientos y barbacoa.

Se sabe que Puerto de Mazarrón tiene alrededor de 320 días de sol al año. La zona ofrece un montón de actividades: agua/playa, snorkel, buceo, senderismo, ciclismo, buena comida y paseos tranquilos fuera de temporada. Los 36 km de playas de Mazarrón hacen que puedas pasar cada día de tu estancia en una playa diferente si así lo deseas. Incluso hay dos playas para perros en la ciudad, una de ellas a unos 10 minutos a pie de nuestra propiedad. Los bares y restaurantes más cercanos están a 5 minutos a pie de la casa y la playa está enfrente. Los supermercados y muchas otras tiendas se encuentran a menos de 5 minutos en coche. ¡Recomendamos un coche para disfrutar plenamente de la zona y su belleza! Se puede organizar la recogida en el aeropuerto.

Our second visit to this beautiful apartment. It is very clean and modern with all amenities required. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, we are looking forward to visiting again next year.

Paradise! Very hospitable host who handed over the keys and gave us good advice about the house and about sights to visit. Extremely well-equipped house, everything has been provided for, even beach towels available for the use of guests. Stunning views from the big terrace. Pool is very big and not used by anyone.
