Deia is an exquisite mountain village that literally takes your breath away with the spectacular scenery, the incredible mountain views, beautiful sea views, and the uniqueness of its location.


Overview

Situated opposite La Residencia Hotel, you can enjoy the enviable views of the sea, the mountains, and more, from the comfort of the front garden and the views from inside the house. The house has five bedrooms, a kitchen, and a dining room with a lounge area. There is a toilet downstairs off the kitchen. The bedroom, located on the first floor with a balcony view, features its own en-suite. On the same floor, there is another spacious bedroom that can comfortably accommodate two adults. The third room on the same floor offers two single beds. Apart from the ensuite, the other two bedrooms share a bath that includes a shower, sink, and toilet. On the second floor, you will find another large bedroom along with a smaller bedroom that share a shower, toilet, and sink between them.
On the same floor, a large TV room spans the full width of the house, offering stunning views from the upstairs windows. As you might expect, the kitchen is fully equipped with doors leading out to the rear patio, with washing and drying utilities.
This accommodation is indeed an elegant Deià hideaway, situated within a short distance of local shops, boutiques, restaurants, eateries, art galleries, and bars.
The Cala Deia is a short drive or walk from the house, taking you directly to the sea, where you can mingle with friends or family, enjoy the water, and choose from the two restaurants on the edge of the sea that have been there for years.
The list of restaurants in Deia is extensive for such a small village, and when the Sun begins to set, the vibrancy of the village comes alive.
