So in resume, the main house has 3 bedrooms and 1 dobble sofa bed in the living room. 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room. Air conditioning, TV, computer, Wifi, Alarm, swimming pool who also can be heated and covered. We have and offer a studio 10m away from the main house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with 2 sofas, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen. The studio can only be rented in addition of the main house. We want to keep the privacy and do not want to rent to 2 different groups. The animals are welcome. Cap al Sol is in Cullera in the Community of Valencia very close to Valencia City.
The house is close not far away from cities and attractions.
The swimming pool is 9x9m and can be heated and covered.
The gardeners and the Pool guy are coming every week to take care of the proprety.

During my University years, I had the opportunity to study in Valencia in the Erasmus and Socrates programs. I felt in love with Cullera, local and still spanish beach resort of Valencia. I am married since 2008 and proud daddy of two girls. I bought the house in April 2019. There were a lot of work to do as the house was lefted 12 years before without any kind of care. We are very happy to offer it to rent until we move to live in Spain.
