With one large king size bedroom with cot space and en suite bathroom with lovely terrace for taking in the sea views! A further king size bedroom with a large family bathroom, offering jacuzzi bath! Along with two further double bedrooms. Set within the games room is a double sofa bed, accommodating all guests requirements. The villa is set over three levels, giving space and comfort to all of our guests. The property offers full air conditioning and heating for the cooler months.

Inside this villa, you will also find various chill out zones, we have a roof top terrace, with shaded areas, sofas and not to mention direct sea views! A games room, with pool table, TV and games. Both front and back terraces are equipped with sun shades, chairs and tables for alfresco dining and a large gas BBQ for those budding bbq chef's along with a 6 person heated hot tub and private plunge pool, which is heated free of charge in the winter months.

With its Boho chic roof terrace, with outside seating, shaded areas, bar and night lighting with sea viewshot tub jacuzzi, it really is the perfect holiday retreat!

The community is very safe, gated and also offering a large 20 meter pool! The community is quiet and the pool areas, you would normally find them to yourself!

The location of this beach side property is excellent, within just a ten minute walk you can find a local plaza offerings bars, restaurants, sandy coves, children's play areas, small grocery store and a great tram service. The crystal clear waters of the local coves are great for snorkelling, swimming and ideal for small children, along with a local hire shop offering paddle boards, surf and snorkelling equipment!

Campello centre is less than a 10 minute tram ride, where you will find 18km of golden beaches, weekly markets and some of the best cuisine on the Costa Blanca!
