The Beach House

The Beach House (130m2), refurbished in June 2024 , is set in a lovely quiet residential area in Costa Teguise. The nearest beach is Las Cucharas, which you can see from the roof terrace.

The villa includes, a sizeble open plan, fully equipped kitchen which leads to a lower level lounge area and adjoins to a heated plunge pool. Steps take you to the roof terrace, where you will find a BBQ and dining area, plus sun loungers.

The kitchen includes a large fridge, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, all necessary small appliances and a separate utility area with washing machine.

On the ground floor is the first bedroom, with two single beds, and a spacious bathroom with corner bath, double sinks and hairdryer. The master suite – with en-suite shower-room is on the first floor.

While the villa does not have air conditioning or central heating, fans or electric heaters are available on request to ensure your comfort year-round.

As the house is situated within a residential complex. This private holiday villa in Costa Teguise presents a great option for groups of friends, couples, or families with a capacity to accommodate four adults, provided that children respect the Silent Zone in the pool area.

The promenade has plenty of great restaurants and bars. There is also plenty of business renting water sports equipment and lessons. Such as, surf boards, boogie boards, windsurf and sea kayaks.

Just a short stroll from the villa, the new Nua Shopping Centre is taking shape on the beachfront at Playa Las Cucharas. Soon to feature an enticing mix of restaurants, bars, and boutique shops, it’s set to bring even more buzz and variety to Costa Teguise. As the finishing touches are still in progress, you may notice a little daytime activity nearby, but it’s all part of the area’s exciting transformation.

The oldest village on the island "Teguise" is only 15 mins away by car, there you can take a stroll through the meandering lanes and watch local artists at work or visit the Sunday Market.
